What a wonderful, little hidden place off the beaten track just outside of Prince Albert, right off the R407! The ambiance is relaxed, friendly and the cheese/olive platters they serve, amongst a large variety of other good stuff, is a very tasty lunch with a variety of olives, tapenades, olive chutney, cheese and olive bread. And, there is a woodoven where they make their own pizzas. Go discover this charming little place! Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We made a point to stop off at O for Olive and it did not disappoint! The tasting was generous and delicious. The products were well priced and the platter was divine. We sat in the garden surrounded by beautiful olive trees and flowers. We will be back for sure! Excellent food and produce. Can't believe you can do so much with olives, sweet and savoury. Olive tasting makes it easy to decide what to buy, no that's not true. It makes the decision process more complicated, as you want to buy more. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Would really recommend. Not far out of Prince Albert. Beautiful farm and café, tasty olive products for sale. Very friendly service and owners. We had the medium snack platter - it was delicious and there were many other menu items we would like to try. We could sit outside with our dog which was really appreciated.

We went for the tour of the olive factory combined with tasting different products and their lunch platter. We were most impressed, tasted all their different olives and had a really enjoyable 'ploughman's' lunch with loads of olives, home baked olive bread, local cheese and preserved figs all for R150. A really good way to spend a hot summer day. The restaurant at O for olive does pizzas and other foods as well should you decide you really want something other than olives. They are licensed and have a good selection of beer and cider to accompany your meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we left loaded down with olives, olive oil, salad dressing and one of their tapenades. With some small tweaks this would be an amazing venue. Was there on the 2nd of Jan, so wine stock could have been wiped out.
Such a calm and peaceful place! Service, food and atmposhere are amazing. We had a platter with excellent cheese, lamb and so much more delicious things. If you are in this area you have to go there :)
What a perfect olive experience! This is a bit of a detour from the N1 but so worth the "road less travelled" turn off. The farm specialises in olives in the old fashioned method without chemicals that hastens the process. I would definitely recommend the olive platter for lunch, it has an olive cheese, herb toast, olive tapenade, olive chutney and a lot of different olives. If I could give them 6 stars I would have Thanks Cobus for the extra effort
Delicious olive platter! Olive chutney outstanding. Very friendly staff.
