I wanted to love it....I really did. This place was so special to my family years ago. I was so happy to see it reopened! I appreciate the environment being clean and the snake plants are insane! The scarce staff I did see (we were never checked on after our food arrived) seemed friendly...but the food, oh man. We ordered 3 things and the best thing we tasted were the sodas we got with our meals. Food was bland & honestly just tasteless. No seasoning. Unfortunately my burger and onion rings were wildly undercooked. At least the other dishes made it out cooked.... Points for that? 🤷🏻♀️

First time here, surprised by how good it was. Brenda, our server was fantastic. The robot food cart, Bella Bot, was totally worth the visit.

Went to oak tree for the first time since the remodel and new ownership. I got the chicken fried steak, eggs, hash browns and toast.
The building had a really nice face light. It looks great inside. Very inviting and classy.
My only complaint is that they don't seem to have air conditioning in the restaurant except the bathrooms. The bathrooms felt amazing.
I'd definitely get my meal again but most likely not on a summer day. I thought I'd come in to cool off and finally try the oak tree. Just a bit too warm in there for me.
My niece got the kids breakfast and loved it!!

I liked everything, but the meal I specifically had. The Ribeye was really small and had a lot of grissled fat. The salad was tiny and not great. The beans and bacon were good, but the portion size for that and the whole meal was really tiny. The waitress was great, and the robot that delivered the plates and leftovers was pretty cool. I will try again. I realize that food is more expensive and it's hurting restraunts, but if I'm paying over 30$ for a meal, it should be decently sized and if not, at least give a good piece of steak without a bunch of gristle.

Had lunch there with friends. It has been years since we had eaten there. Service was great. Food was exceptional. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Laura our server was excellent! Would definitely go back.

Menu is insane. First page is fishbowl margaritas, then breakfast options and in the back, a whole page for fajitas and tacos which we were not expecting. Before we had even ordered we were already fighting the swarm of flies hovering around our table. The food arrived to our table via robot server that was dirty with past fallen toppings. I ordered a regular bacon cheeseburger. It came topped with moldy onions. Not tiny spots of mold, but very large and obvious chunks of white and green mold on a purple onion. The waitress did not seem surprised by this at all which is alarming. We were the only patrons in the restaurant. Overall a terrible experience.

I saw complaints. But they are new so you need to give them time to gain their footing. My granddaughter and I went. Food was great. I ordered from the kids menu. I has the spaghetti my granddaughter had mac n cheese. The price was great. A happy meal cost the same price. So you can't go wrong. Looking at the rest of the menu everything else seem surprised right along the same prices as the other restaurants. I'm looking forward to going back
Have not been here since it was the original Oak Tree, so a decade or more. New owners have done a nice job remodeling yet keeping it original. No gift shop as once there was. Food was standard fair, very hot when served, priced a bit on the high side, but what isn't these days. Staff was attentive and fast.

They still had a pretty good variety of choices.
I ended up having fajitas. Even though they are not "officially" a Mexican restaurant it was still really good.. and the price wasn't overwhelming. Definitely would go back..

We hadn’t been to the Oaktree in years- what a great return! It’s clean, upbeat environment and the COOL ROBOT Bella was very cool to watch! But the BEST part of our experience was our server BRENDA!! Old fashioned service is alive and well here at the Oaktree!
