My experiences are always the best. From the food to the customer service. I have been there multiple times with close friends and also with my work colleagues. OTG never disappoints, we also recently had our stuff party and it was amazing. The waitresses are always helpful. The manager (xola) is always friendly from the time you enter the restaurant, he always has a smile on his face , he makes you feel so welcome with his approach and bubbly personality. I wish they can have more range of ciders. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The atmosphere is cool, but the vegetarian pizza that was ordered was very disappointing. The pizza was completely tasteless - apparently, salt isn't added to anything in the kitchen. We were not seated as we walked in. We had to ask for menus and service. Given that salt is not added at the kitchen, one would then expect that salt and pepper is delivered to the table with the meal. Unfortunately, this was not the case. You have to wake up and ask someone for it. Not a great experience, at all. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person R 50–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The place is really beautiful and I love it I even told my friends about it. But there are lots of loop holes that needs to be taken into consideration e.g service, drink menu, cocktails, staff especially in the bar and as someone who has been in the hospitality and in Food and Beverages for a long time. And when entering the premises the bouncers are touching us like I feel offended by the way way they touching, their hands are rough and honestly they touch you in an unpleasant way if you are a guy. They needs to have something that is used by securities to detect thinks like knife, guns keys on the body. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered the chicken schnitzel with chips. It was fresh, tasty and simply amazing. A fair sized portion for R75. Whilst waiting for my meal, I requested the staff to play a bit of amapiano music, and they politely obliged. Originally visited this establishment for pizza, but soon realized it's too big for one person like myself to finish. It would be nice if the pizza could be available in both large(original size) and medium(half the size of original). To accommodate 1 person patrons. Lastly, Pasta dishes would be a great add on to the menu👌 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

OTG is a vibe! The atmosphere was so chilled , music was amazing , food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! service was on point , friendly staff. Food dis take a bit longer however it was worth the wait , their fully loaded chips is a MUST TRY!!!!! Definitely going back ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
