Yo recientemente estuve de visita en Puerto Rico y nos reunimos con la familia a comer en Cayey. Fuimos al Old Town Lounge y aunque eramos un grupo de mas de 10 no nos permitieron unir mesas para poder sentarnos juntos. Y si eso no fuera suficiente decepcion la comida estuvo pesima. Ademas de que esperamos mas de dos horas en recibir la comida. La mesera trato lo mejor que pudo y pienso que ella estaba hasta avergonzada. Yo pague la cuenta de casi $400 lo mas rapido que pude para salir de ahi y seguir para otro lugar. Mi familia y yo vamos al pueblo de Cayey varias veces al año y les puedo asegurar que nunca regresaremos a este lugar. El ambiente no es familiar, ni profesional y ni quiero empezar con la comida. Si pudiera darle cero estrellas lo haria y le di dos al servicio por la mesera.

We visit this place with my son and family (he is here in PR visiting from USA) and service was horrible. There where no tables available at the moment but the didn’t gave un any alternative. A family finished and we stand by the the tables, we where to be 9 guests and ask to put together 2 tables but they told us that they can’t do that. No one came to clean the tables or offered of the menu’s. We left the place and looked like nobody care. I’ll never visit this place again. Food plates brought at different times. Risotto looked like over watered rice. Scaloppine de Cerdo. Salmon al Limonchello....we asked for no onions in the sauce... They decided not to put any sauce, only a river of butter!!! This is a good place to chill with drinks and appetizers.. good ambiance Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
