Ordered the large family lasagna, two family salads, breadsticks. Order was ready for pickup when promised. Boxed nicely and easy to carry. Two full size salad dressings were included, all the shake cheese we needed, utensils, napkins, plates, etc and I didn’t ask for all that extra so it was a nice surprise. Pooler Parkway Olive Garden Very rude manager, she bumped into my friend and I and just kept walking. They also walked right past our table to go talk to others without saying anything a few times. Bread came out late where the sauce was cold.They does not have nice staff or good quality food. The server only showed up twice, and in a rush to walk away. Asking if we are good without refills and didnt stay long. The food portion was cut in half and probably due to running out of food. The spinach dip was distasteful and burnt. The soups had no flavor. Ive been to many Olive Gardens across the states and this is by far the worst one. Will not be returning. Came in and had a very pleasant experience as always. I got a fairly new waitress named Kayla C. Very delightful and pleasant. Her costumer service skills were amazing and I couldn’t even notice it was her 3rd day until I overheard her mention it. Definitely an asset to your staff, well done. Food was amazing! Nick is the best server I have ever had at a franchise restaurant. Amazing service. These days with food prices you get a damn steal here too. The soup and salad is still the perfect lunch in case you thought they fell off. As for my steak I ordered it medium rare and they nailed it. You can skip this review and go punch air if you order steak medium or, god forbid, well done. Everything was delightful, our waitress (K)Casey was very nice, very patient and she is a very great with conversations. I think I found myself a new workout partner but can’t really remember her name like that. Anyways I enjoyed myself and would love to have her as my waitress again. The food while decent, the whole combined experience was horrible from the snotty hostess to the confused wait staff. I give this place a 4 out of 10 on service and a 2 out of 5 over all and on food its a 4 out of 5. Definitely room for improvement. Especially on the hostess that impression she gave was she didn't like her job or interacting with people! Rude! Rude! Rude! Wait staff unattentive during meals, didn't communicate wants and needs to other staff properly and we never really knew who or actual server was. Hopefully next time will be better. I rated this location okay, but only because they serve the franchise's menu, so it's pretty hard to mess up the food. Although I tried 2 different soups and neither was good. The salad was good. The wait was long, the wait for a server was long, the wait for our apps was long, and the food delivery! I received my food before my 3 young grandchildren, now that can't be right. Our server wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly, either. Didn't check on us and didn't offer anything to assist or make our evening better. Managers must be visible and accessible in a restaurant like this, and servers must be trained. You have a franchise reputation to uphold, so please work at it.
