As it is a newly remodeled building the physical space is clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was quiet and easy to enjoy a meal. The wait staff was personable and very attentive. The food was horrific.. the pasta was dry and crackly on edges sticking out from the sauces... My husband's shrimp was fresh tasting but my chicken Parmesan was awful. Hard overcooked dry and absolutely no flavor to the breading except salt. The cheese was barely there. If our waitress did not grind any Parmesan style cheese on it..., well there would be no cheese... Definitely felt it was a heated frozen chicken breast... Sorry I've had better breaded chicken at a sub shop.. No this isn't Italian food... it's prefab Italian American style and sadly missed the mark.

My wife and I are so happy to finally have an Italian option local to us for dining out. The food was quite good, superior to other olive gardens we've been to in Maine. The service staff were fast, attentive and friendly though still learning the menu. Atmosphere was ok. The building is quite nice but decor was a bit generic or "chainy". I hope they add some personal touches to it and look forward to seeing them. Will be dining again.

Great experience! Walked in 30 minutes before close expecting to feel a bit 'unwelcome ' considering they closed in 30 minutes. Not the case at all. Michelle L. At the bar welcomed us as if we were the first guests of the day. Our drinks were DELISH. We were blown away by the giant salad and both of our dishes were great, as described and tasted fresh. Michelle did not make us feel rushed. She gave amazing service and made us feel eager to come back sooner rather than later. Hopefully there's room at the bar!

New Olive Garden in Auburn. Because it's new, I would expect to wait 15-30 minutes to get in. You can check the time and reserve a place in line on the Olive Garden app.
The atmosphere is great, it's new and sparkly and clean. The staff were super kind and attentive.
It's an Olive Garden so you should know what to expect from the food. It's sorta kinda americanized Italian food. It came out piping hot and was very good.
The prices were ok, I'd say with tip a family of 4 should expect to pay $110-$130.

This location is very inviting. I love the inset booths. Food is reliable and service is great. However, I was very uncomfortable with the restroom. The toilet paper holder is below the toilet level, so I had to lean forward access the sheets. When I did, the toilet auto-flushed under me. My wife had the same issue in the ladies room. The sensitivity on the laser needs to be adjusted or the rolls need to be moved up to avoid this discomfort. Avoid the bathroom.

We decided to use Olive Garden ToGo. We ordered way in advance at 2pm and wanted it ready for 4pm. And it was in our car by 3:55pm and we were on our way home to enjoy the awesome meal. It was a tad bit cold due to the ride home. We warmed it up and it was good! Good size portions. And mints to boot! Try Olive Garden ToGo. No hassle waiting in line. And you get your meal to go and get to enjoy it in your own home without cooking! No fuss no muss! Thanks for an awesome Father’s Day Meal. It’s great to have one in Auburn now!

The food was good, the waitress was very nice and made us laugh. I had the best strawberry margarita I’ve had in a very long time, I highly recommend trying one!!! Only downside to our visit is the music was way too loud! It made it a little difficult to hold conversations and gave me a splitting headache. My little one ordered a pizza that was put in as lasagna, so it was a little bit of a wait for that which was fine as we brought some snacks. But when it came out it just didn’t look or taste very good. She wouldn’t eat it. But other than that we had a very good experience!

Great food as always, but the service was a bit lacking.
I ordered a chick gnocchi only to receive a salad. It's all good to make mistakes but when the waitress corrected me on pronunciation, I'd have figured she'd bring me the food I ordered.
Lots of laughing and fun from the staff out back, while we waited for our friend mozzarella for 15 + minutes only to realize our order hadn't been put in.
If you're charging $30 a plate, I'd hope that the folks waiting on us are attentive enough to bring folks what they ordered.
Alfredo was good, but it took a long time and had maybe a spoonful of sauce throughout.

Came in for lunch and arrived right at opening. The manager sat us and was very friendly, in spite of the rush of people. Our food was very good, as usual. Our server was neither a "hovering Hannah" nor a "disappearing Debbie". She was great. The food was very tasty, and the peach raspberry tea is the best...even though it's over $4!! I love the ambiance of this location...it doesn't even seem like a typical Olive Garden. Great place for a meal!
