Sound quality in the rooms is a struggle, sometimes experiencing echos (unrelated to the box settings) and other poor sound effects. Photo shows the optimal settings we could manage in the "ON" Room, after dealing with issues for the first 15 minutes and calling the attendant. The service was helpful and did the best they can. Price per person SAR 80–100 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I had great experience with my friends♥️The place is clean, staff are organized, very kind and helpful. We reserved one hour it was absolutely fun. This was our first time, Wont be our last♥️

The place has such a great vibes and an amazing staff me and my friends celebrated a friend's birthday it's was fun I would recommend to put more microphones in a room but everything else was a 10/10

The place was great we had so much fun but the microphones weren’t working that well we even turned them off and sang without them. The staff was so kind and helpful she changed our room but the microphones were still not working. Overall we enjoyed 👍🏽 + I appreciated that there were pads in the women’s restroom.

The most beautiful place to visit with your friends! Everything is well organized, the welcoming is perfect! Especially Anwar, she’s so lovely and she kept smiling and thanking us for showing up Highly recommend place and thanks to whoever chose the employees, they definitely deserve a raise!

I had a great time , the place was very well equipped and had affordable prices with amazing ambiance. The receptionists were very nice and friendly I will have a second visit soon inshallah I recommend this place and I rate it a 10/10 Thank you for the wonderful experience
