WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! Come in simply to make a to go order. Normally the bartender would have taken my order but this time I’m instructed to go to opposite side of restaurant to place TO GO Order. Notice no one is around to place order.. Ring bell several times and not a single person comes out. I walk back to the bar and inform no one is coming out to help. Bartender came to put order in but said she couldn’t take my payment. By this time a line is forming in the To Go area.. Not a single person acknowledges anyone waiting. I go looking for someone and finally ask for a manager.. I’m told all the managers are in the back cooking. I have been waiting for over an hour to get my order. I would understand if they were extremely busy but definitely not the case. There is barely anyone here!! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Service: 1

Today I had a wonderful time at On the Border in Bedford. I met the bartender Andi, the manager Casey, and also a young lady who I believe is a server named Savannah. Andi gave incredible service and made me feel like a regular. The manager, Casey, I believe, was very friendly and stayed busy helping her staff most of the night by bussing tables and checking on guests. I plan on coming back to this location regularly. I plan on returning next week and hope to see them again. Thanks for having such great staff. Broken wobbly tables.. Drinks were horribly made. Strawberry margarita came out light pink and was very sour. Blue lagoon came out green and also very sour. Asked for a salt shaker, gave up waiting, and went to find one myself at the bar. food was good, even though I asked for medium and received extra well done. First time here, will also be my last. My sister and I had the best experience ever! We had a very spontaneous day. We wore matching clothes got matching tattoos at the bearded moon tattoo shop and richard moon was hilarious, got matching nails done at BBs nail spa by Ben and they're super cute. Then as we're getting ready to leave we see a Mexican food place and since we couldn't see their menu we decided to go somewhere else! We ended up at this On the Border. Now keep in mind its not our first On the Border ever. We love the food in general and we always love the drinks. So it was a familiar yet spo taneous choice. Our waitress Katerina was fantastic and she quite literally topped our whole evening off and made some really great suggestions on the menu. It of course started off with A Texas Ranger Margarita. If your going for a drink you must try! Just as Katerina said even if it gets all mixed it tastes frikken great. The bartendress (i didnt catch her name) but she was also very delightful and friendly. Obviously we had to get some bomb queso and chips cause duh... I mean, it's queso and it was good on everything! Lol my sister ordered tacos but I ordered the new burrito as a recommendation from Katerina and she was not joking it is amazing and it's big enough you can take some joke and have something adequate for lunch (sidenote: the burrito does have jalapeños so if your not a fan order without. I didn't know so I just picked them off.) And of course the rice and beans are always a great add. The end of the night I had a little mishap with my card and my phone died so I had to run to my car while my sister stayed and I charged my phone up and transferred the money and came back in and ordered 2 more margaritas for my sister and I. And as we sit we tell the waitress, Katerina, that she seems like the perfect friend to keep around. Had she not been working, I would have made her sit with us and have a drink too cause we had a lot in common and she was just that easy going and funny and really nice to talk to. So we made a great friend out of it all. To think we were about to go else where. But im so glad we chose this place. They say that there's a reason for everything and I believe we ended up at that restaurant because even though we didn't know it at the time we were about to make a really great new friend and find our next go to hot spot for drinks! We will be returning soon to all of these places hungry for more crazy fun, great nails, amazing food, friendly smiles, and great hospitality! My favorite meal at On the Boarder is the honey chipotle shrimp. It's the only thing I order whenever I go. I've never had an issue with the quality of the food when I dined in or ordered to go. Today I received a to go and was greatly disappointed. You can't taste the honey chipotle sauce on the shrimp and thus they are very dry. The manager asked if I wanted it remade but I declined to drive all the way back and wait for it to be remade. She offered a refund and said she would take my word on the quality of the food so here you are ma'am you can see for yourself the shrimp have a scant amount of sauce on them Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2

I have visited this location many times over the years and most times everything is great. This time we enjoyed a nice dinner out on the covered deck. It was very enjoyable as we were the only ones on the deck at the time. The wait staff did not forget about us either and were very attentive. The food came out quickly, hot and correct, nothing was forgotten. This is a nice place to enjoy a quiet meal with family or friends and be able to have a conversation over the meal without yelling.
