We have eaten here before. We got take out. I paid for extra lettuce and cheese. The attached picture is what I paid for. Also asked for sour cream and didn't recive that. Second time I've had a problem with their takeout. The guy kept apologizing. He said they were super busy. That's great. However, you have one simple job to make sure the order goes out the door the way it's supposed to. These kids aren't worth $10 or $15 per hour they want. I suggest you try to find a job that requires less skill. Make sure you check everything before you leave the store. Food is good but the service is so bad! They gave us no utensils no food menus. Everything we had to ask for. Waitress took forever to refil our drinks. We were waiting for more drinks she was gone for 20min! Walked in with Starbucks. Highly do not recommend! How do you expect to have customers when your staff is more concerned about getting Starbucks.

Food is good but it takes way to long before a waiter/ waitress comes over to ask what your drinking, Drinks are finished an your waiting to order appetizers & a drink refill. Now appetizers are finished an now your waiting to place your order & a drink refill once again your waiting. Place was pretty empty. We were there 2 1/2 hours. Most of the time was the waiting game. The hostess that nite was a older lady who just looked miserable definitely not the type of person you would want to greet your customers. She absolutely said nothing. I get people have bad days but this is her all the time she was the bartender another time definitely not a people person which is fine but maybe she Shouldn't work with the public. I keep going back hoping for different results but after 5 tries it's not getting better.

Update: Still very busy, but they're definitely getting better with their coordination of service. Had a great experience and food was awesome. Shout out to the great staff!! 1st time here. Got there at 4:10 on a Saturday and there was a 30+ minute wait. About 30 minutes we were sat (5 of us). Service was a little wonky at first. Drinks took a while to get, but the bar was packed. Ordered food, little slow coming out, BUT...the food was really great. Worth the wait. I've tried multiple mexican/tex-mex places because boyfriend is picky, and finally, this is the place he really liked. Marcus was our server and was great. Made sure we were OK. Very welcoming and friendly. Also, shout out to the manager who realized we were waiting a while for drinks and came over to help us, got us waters and more chips while waiting. Listen, this place JUST opened. Kinks have to be worked out, so if you go, please cut them some slack. These are very hard working people who are doing their best. Not sure why they are getting such bad reviews. Sabrina was our waitress and she was the best. Music too loud for us but other than that everything was great. Oh and reasonable prices! My family and I visited this restaurant this evening.The dinning area was very clean and our waitress was very nice, but the food was horrible, this is by far the worst place I’ve ever eaten at. The food was bland and over cooked, no flavor whatsoever. I love Spanish food but this restaurant isn’t the best. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+

2nd time coming to this place. First time was great which is why we returned. This last time we waited 10 minutes for a booth, which we were absolutely fine with. Our waiter Yael on the other hand was not the best. I get places get busy but he couldn’t handle the 3-4 tables he had and kept accepting more as they walked in. We got guac and chips and waited 20 mins with just guac and no chips. He wanted to take our dinner order THREE times and we kept repeating that we already gave it to him. He was completely flustered and did not know which direction was up at this point. I’m sure he meant well, but when you have a packed restaurant you need faster waiters. I don't understand what they were going for. The dining room is open and bright like a cafeteria. It's like they said what's the least amount of money we can put into it. The service was good and pleasant The food was just ok and the beef burrito I had tasted like processed meet that had been sitting in a steam table. I have it a shot because l like other TexMex franchises but I won't be back Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
