Me and my fiancé love the food at this place but we order from them on doordash a lot and the last 3 times we've ordered they forgot to include any sauce whatsoever with our order. And seeing as how they don't allow special instructions on the order and you can't just order sauce there's no way to guarantee they put it in other than blind hope. It's irritating because the food is so good but the sauce helps take it to that next level. Hopefully they get this figured out. This place is not only awesome, the food was really good too! Customer service was on point and the atmosphere was very welcoming. 06/17/23 (12:30pm) I called in to ask for all rice (no macoroni) on my fish plate that I ordered through Door Dash. The young guy who answered the phone told me that my Door Dash order had not showed up in their system yet. So I told him I would call back because I needed to make a slight alteration to my order. 7mins passed, I call back and was told my order was already picked up, and the original guy who answer the phone was a new guy, so he probably was confused or something. So I cancel my original order because my Son has allergic reaction to the Macoroni salad and re-placed the same again at the same location. This time I figured I’ll call and ask to speak to a Manager and just simply explain that I ordered a fish plate and could he just make it with all rice whenever it shows up in their system. His English was a bit rough as well as his understanding of English. He told me it was loud and could barely hear me, but I was in a super quiet room with nothing but a ceiling fan on. I tried to explain but he kept talking over me and finally just hung up in my face. This was very rude of him and I’ll make certain me and my family will ever spend another dime there. Come and enjoy great food and great service in this friendly family-owned restaurant. Juan (the tall young man) is very kind, courteous and friendly. Food and service was amazing every time I'd dine in or take out. My favorite is the BBQ mix plate, and a side of Spam musubi. I also love their macaroni salad and the fact that each plate comes with a good amount of veggies/cabbage. We will definitely come back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

The staff is great here. For some reason door dash doesn't include the option to get extra sauces so I've made a habit of calling the store to request they put extra in my order and they're always so friendly and kind. They've even gone as far to include a little thank you note for calling them. Thanks you guys for being so great!

Ordered the Island Fire Chicken meal here at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Tasted great. This meal also included rice and macaroni salad, with some vegetables under the island fire chicken. Didn’t take here very long to order or receive my food. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
