From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance of this place was unparalleled. The person in charge of the music selection had the perfect playlist, elevating our experience with every beat. While I can't personally vouch for the claim of the greatest burritos, I found the burger to be slightly lacking in sauce. Nevertheless, it was still a delicious meal. Communication was smooth as the staff spoke excellent English, and their professionalism enhanced our overall dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here ! This place is amazing. Eddie was our server and he was incredible. The food here is the best I’ve had in Mexico! Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. This place is worth visiting for sure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This spot is amazing! The atmosphere is a great party time! We had 6 people so we made a reservation but for a Friday night the wait didn’t seem too long for those who didn’t book. We were seated in the outside courtyard which is where all the tables are. Diego was our waiter and he brought the vibe! Everything is a spectacle! We ordered drinks and guacamole x2 for the table. We ordered ceviche, 2 burritos, 2 fajitas and tacos and the coconut shrimp. The coconut shrimp was amazing! And the fajitas were an excellent serving size. The burritos are a bit small but delicious. The fun starts with firework sparklers they bring out into the courtyard with free shots. They also just brought out extra drinks for us that we didn’t order and we weren’t charged. We had an awesome night out and I highly recommend. We probably had about 4 drinks each and with tip it came out to about $50US per person. Well worth it.

Dined here on a friday night as a group of 7 on a bachelorette party. They were able to accommodate us immediately and the staff was truly fantastic, from being attentive and friendly to ensuring we were entertained. The drinks and food around the table ranged from solid to very good- I personally recommend the coconut shrimp. The ambiance had a great lively vibe, though notably music was quite loud (to be expected on a friday night but if you're looking to converse a lot may not be ideal). We were visiting from an urban American city and found prices to be comparable and reasonable. Amazing food, cocktails, and service. I didn’t know I could love Mezcal before coming here - the drinks were the best I’ve had. I was skeptical about getting pasta in Mexico and this was pasta was DELICIOUS. A great vibe and great service. Our server Gael was incredible - truly the best we’ve had in Tulum. Great little find right off the main street that belies the rough looking construction that's going on all around. Super welcoming staff who were quick to accommodate our group of 5 by combining 2 smaller tables. Lots of shade, we arrived for lunch and the sun was at full strength but found ourselves quiet comfortable. Everything we ordered was top notch in flavor, presentation and portion size. They had one Mexican artesanal beer option which paired well with the ceviche. Beautifully presented cocktails. While we were there they received an alcohol shipment and the next thing to happen, all of us patrons receiving a free tequila shot! This was my favourite evening in Tulum! The food was sooo delicious, prices were good and it was really fun! There was live music which was great, and plenty of tequila! There was a birthday girl in the restaurant so they brought out a load of sprinklers but involved everyone in the restaurant rather than just their table. I didn’t want to leave! I had an incredible experience at Onyx Tulum! The food was exceptional, but what truly made the evening memorable was the outstanding service provided by Eddie. His recommendations for both food and drinks were spot-on, and his attentive care ensured we had a fantastic time. Eddie's hospitality is the reason I would gladly return to Tulum. Highly recommend! My girlfriend and I came here to have dinner. We ordered fish tacos and fish ceviche. The food was delicious. Passion fruit margaritas were amazing. And service was exceptional. Had a wonderful lunch at this spot! Food was excellent, very flavorful, and perfectly executed, including the fish tacos, burritos, and ceviche. Perfectly made and well-balanced classic margaritas (and I'm a margarita snob) and friendly and responsive service make this place a great find. Only downside is it is somewhat on the expensive side (lunch for 5 of us was $2,800 MXN) for lunch.
