I arrived from Florida for a vacation and wanted to try some authentic New York Pizza with my girlfriend. The atmosphere was amazing and my server was super kind and warming. Most importantly, the pizza was delicious and I am happy I made the trip here. Will definitely recommend it to anyone in the area! I love this place. If you want genuinely good pizza you know what it takes. Don’t be in a rush…Walked in and ordered a pizza to go. Won’t be going again. Tried it for the first time with my family and the waitress was incredibly kind and we were able to get our appetizer which is when the owner walked up and kicked us out for having a service animal. Mind you our service dog is a 2 lb chihuahua puppy not bothering anyone or anything. So despite the nice wait staff and decent appetizer we will never return. Wow! Where has this Italian restaurant been all my life? I can honestly say that Original Pizza really has one of the best, if not THE best, pizza on the north side of Denver in the Broomfield/Westminster area. Really delicious and fresh baked pizza - we had the aptly-called Best Seller Pizza. The toppings are just great and really nails that NY-style crust, just right! Prices are decent and I LOVE family-owned, mom-and-pop "ristorantes" like this place. Has now become our favorite place for pizzas and good Italian fare. Tiramisu is literally Grandma's recipe. At first I called to make sure this place is legit. So this lady’s answers and she is super short with me a little rude almost just like a real New Yorker. I place the order and show up to take it. Man o Man this is the real deal!!! the pizza smells like New York I was shocked how good it was. For those of you never eaten in New York this is the place to come, real pizza. Come eat here or take out. Best money I spend on food in Colorado. I can’t say enough about this place.. You have to come here and eat this pizza. Good pizza but $16 for a pitcher of heavily iced soda barely got us 3 glasses full with ice in the glasses. I had to order another and there weren't free refills so paid $32 for about 5 glasses of sprite. Ouch. Service was friendly but maybe a one free refill policy on their soda pitchers or skip all the ice in the pitcher would make me give a better review.
