Literally one of the best Sicilian pies in Bergen County. The crust was perfectly cooked and very light. Mozzarella and sauce was excellent and they put tons of peppers on instead of a few pieces here and there. Will be going frequently !! Service Delivery

You should probably learn how to make pasta fagioli. Sending literally only ditalini pasta and white beans in a clear broth is DISGUSTING. No tomatoes, celery, carrots, onion, bacon or pancetta, seasoning...nothing. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1

I just experienced something for the first time. After being told that my pizza will be ready in about an hour, I showed up in 55 minutes to find out that it wasn’t even started and they had lost track of my ticket when the young man at the counter told me this, I calmly said that’s not fair I called an hour ago. Immediately an older gentleman who I assume is the manager then told me I was 5 mins early and that I needed to wait. And if you don’t want the pizza then you could leave everybody’s waiting I said I know but I called an hour ago and that’s not how you should treat a customer. This supposed manager, then cursed at me and told me to get the f___ out , I’ve never experienced such treatment and have eaten some of the nicest restaurants in the area. The food is good, but that is not the way to talk to a customer. I expect that this is not the owner because no owner would never talk to a customer like this . This has been my favorite pizza spot for decades. Anything on the menu is sure to be delicious. The plain pizza is a favorite- simple but absolutely perfect every time. I do have to give a special shout out to the delivery team. These kids are always upbeat, friendly, and just all around good vibes. I appreciate all of you! Had to update: the kids have already devoured half the grandpa pizza and this is the BEST turkey wrap I've ever had. The wonderful delivery person has probably not even made it back to the store yet and we're all in heaven. These were new items for us and are incredibly pleased the quality and taste matches our usual order of reg pie and sandwiches. Perfect store hours for our unconventional work hours. Thanks again! I have been going to OIP for 3 years now. My last 2 orders have been terrible. We ordered today at 445pm. It was now 622pm and still didn't get my food. Last order was the same, I guess I didn't learn. Will never order from here again. I also had a issue last year when I ordered 250 dollars worth of food for a football party and the food was cold and not their best. I have been very disappointed. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It is best pizza in the area and there are alot to choose from. Very busy on Friday and Saturday nights but they have alot of people working to keep things moving. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
