OK, so it’s a year since my last 5* review, but things have slipped a bit. It’s a Sunday evening and options to dine at this end of town are limited. I asked for a Skewer and a pork steak (see photo) but it came cool and had clearly spent some time on the side while the other plates on this table were cooked. I guess that means 75% happiness at this tablet of 4 (although 100% of the chips were lukewarm too) but I’m the guy who writes the review, and I say that serving a Macedonian grill should mean great pork meat served straight off the grill. It’s not a mistake that the other restaurants in town would make. Last year’s review: An excellent place to eat and we enjoyed every meal we had here. The family that own it are the salt of the earth and the chef cooks some very fine grilled pork and if you are in this part of the world and understand the priorities, then you’ll know that good grilled pork comes just after health, family and fortune.
