Food: 5 stars ⭐️ - Had a delicious steak and coconut shrimp dinner paired with a yummy desert pear mocktail. Service: 10 stars!!! ⭐️ the best service. Nikki (Nicholette) was amazing! Friendly smile, quick, responsive, very pleasant, and attentive; made sure to check on us and make sure my husband and I had everything we needed! It’s not so easy to find such gracious customer service these days. She truly made my day after a long work week. Thank you Nikki! Keep up the fantastic work. I have been here twice and both times were not good. Both times the meat was warm at best and not cooked to order. The second time I got food poisoning. Now I know why it was so empty on a Friday night. I love outback steakhouse but I will not be returning to this location. I had a semi bad experience here on Feb 3, 2024. They cooked my Steak Good, but my Guest’s Food was undercooked…. A Hamburger and a Chicken Sandwich were placed at around 7:04 pm and didn’t come out on the floor until about 8 pm …. The Cheese on the Burgers wasn’t even melted and the Chicken Sandwich was Stale…. Also the Patty was Cold and my Guests didn’t even enjoy their food. We did speak to the Manager on the Incident…. The response was …. We will cook you another Hamburger in 5 min…. We knew the Hamburgers were sitting there for a while… My Guest Declined the Offer to Fix the Error as they were already furious about the wait and incident. Overall I’m giving this Place 3 Stars. I know the issues was being addressed but it should’ve been handled at the Kitchen. Although my experience was good, my Guest’s experience wasn’t ….. I will be coming back soon and hopefully we get better service this time….. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped in for a blooming onion, soup and salad. Just what we needed after a long day at Knotts Berry Farm! Super friendly service. They are operating with just a few staff so a little bit of a wait for a table, even on a Monday night. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Went for Saturday evening meal. We both had 6oz steaks. The steaks were good, but the sides could be better. The onion petals were cold and oily, the sauce had a skin, so it had been sitting for a while! The baked potato was really salty, the skin was covered in salt. Service was great, both our servers were good. We had a 10 minute wait for a table. Two steaks and a beer came to $62. Outback Steakhouse is a chain with hundreds of locations. We had never been to this one, but it was so good we went for lunch and dinner on the same day. What really stands out about this Outback is the service. We had the same server twice and she was just great. We ordered several things and a few sides and it was all served hot and in a timely manner. She checked on us several times and made sure she listened when my Special Needs, speech impaired, grandchild spoke. Some don't bother and just look to me, but she took the time to listen so she could understand what he wanted. He adored her. The place was super clean, including the bathrooms and there was a nice wee smell of steak in the air. There is a lot to have there, not just steak. We had a pasta dish with wonderful white meat, boneless, skinless, chicken, and grilled shrimp. We also ordered mac and cheese, potato soup, and the best mashed potatoes with bacon, chives and all manner of good stuff. We loves it all and will go out of our way to visit this Outback. Parking is free and easy. It is located near a bunch or other restaurants and Knott's Berry Farm. Have the best time. Great all round. Service was fast friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. Steak cooked to perfection. There's a huge amount of variety to choose from in the menu. All wheelchair accessible, and plenty of off street parking. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

.....the only thing I can say is: it used to be great. The blooming onion was flavorful, but extremely oily. It is seems they lost their pride, the presentation were sloppy. Just talking for the steak and lobster because I can compare it with another restaurant. At Sizzler for the same plate (and more affordable price) they sent out a nicely presented plate, and even clean the edge of the plates. No effort were made at Outback at all, they have lost their pride and spirit it is seems. For the tag price, pitifully not worth it. The food was really good and the waitress was great. We had to wait 10+ minutes to be seated despite having plenty of seating in the restaurant. They had plenty of staff on hand, too.
