Our server Friday evening was Kristi. What an AMAZING experience we had. We have come in a few times before but this time was lights out. Kristi was professional , funny and took great care of us. Kristi is the reason we will be coming back...the food was good as well but Kristi made our dining experience extra special. Thank you again Kristi. Their stake burger was ok. All beef foods are ok. However their chicken, shrimp, pasta and everything else that is not steak/beef taste amazing. I would definitely come here again for the chicken and shrimp. For stake I will go somewhere else because I like steak with other stuff like mushroom with white cream sauce, with mashed potato and grilled vegetables which I get in Motto and it cost less and taste better. I went here for a date night and our server was Ludo. We felt so well taken care of, the service was truly impeccable. Our food was good too. Overall, we had such a blast. Came here with friends for the Steak & Bloomin' Onion, but stayed for the service. Ludo made sure our table was well taken care of and regaled us with personality and good humor that kept us around and my friends buying apps and drinks all night long. We were supposed to go out for dessert after, but ended up staying with Outback for the whole evening. Loved it! We were lucky to have Holly as our Bartender. Her mixed drinks were delicious, she was also a great people person. She was very attentive and was always in sight. What we enjoyed the most about her was she was always scanning the bar to see if her guests ever needed anything. It’s nice to have waitstaff like that vs the kind that asks if you’re okay every 2 minutes with a mouth full of food. This comes from a husband and wife who’ve previously worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years each. 10/10, great job Outback Shelton, especially Holly! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Overall, I was satisfied with my service and food here. I was denied a drink because I didn't have my ID with me- although my parents were there. I opted for a smoothie but it was so thick, I could barely drink it. The Boomarita looked so much more appetizing in it's picture and didn't taste that great. The service was fast and our waitress was polite. The fries in the sampler barely had any cheese on it. My filet was cooked exactly how I wanted it and it tasted great.
