My daughter and I recently visited your Surprise location to celebrate her 31st birthday over dinner and a cocktail. As always, both made to perfection. We were served by Lori, who took excellent care of us throughout our meal. I was very impressed by Lori's knowledge of the food, and spirits (actually}, asking our preferences and then making a few suggestions to help us decide. In spite of the late hour and being her last customers of the night, Lori was very friendly and attentive, giving us the best service without feeling rushed as the restaurant prepared to close. Came here for my sons fathers birthday on January 1st at 720ish pm... Ordered blooming onion that was a little in the greasy side but good, shrimp skewer, Sirloin 5oz, and added a lobster 🦞 tail. I wanted loaded mash, but they said they were all out... The shrimp were very dry, and on a piece of almost burnt toast, they gave you some kind of orange sauce to dip the shrimp, but the texture was so dry that i couldnt stomach them... as you can see, I didn't finish eating them or the sauce. The lobster, broccoli, and sirloin were so good that I didn't leave a drop. The complimentary ice cream with fudge was very good as well.the service was a little slow, but she was very polite, and it was a little chilly in there. we asked to be moved to a corner.. overall, okay, place. Fantastic. Haven't been to a sit down restaurant in months since we've been on the road. Decided to use our gift card and glad we did. Our server, Stephanie, was awesome. Friendly and attentive. Food was great and Stephanie kept the iced tea refills coming. Will be back. Parking is a little tight, spaces are small. Had to park my full sized truck a little ways away in back. I called ahead and spoke to Joey, the owner, and he was able to accommodate us at the last minute. We had a party of 10, and Stephanie was our server. The service was great. She was very attentive to our needs and checked on us several times to make sure we were all taken care of. The food was delicious, and everything was cooked to perfection. I really went back and forth on a 3 or 4. Ultimately the steak was done way wrong (see photo, should be med rare) and the ribs were somehow tender and fall off the bone but dry. Drinks were made well and the servers were friendly and attentive. Ultimately, we came here because we often got to texas roadhouse and I thought a different flavor would be nice. Idk, maybe once in a while but different isn't always better. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This place has never disappointed me! Our waitress was THEE most helpful and conscientious regarding my vision-impaired friend. Making sure he knew where she was setting down items and even had his steak cut up for him to give him ease and enjoyment of his meal. NO other restaurant/waitress has EVER offered that. Thank you! Food was ok but the waiter, Daniel I believe. Horrible and in the wrong industry. I couldn’t believe how rude he was. Do your business a favor and hire someone else who values your customers. I’ve never been treated worse at a restaurant. He slammed the debit card down in front of me. After ignoring us completely after dropping our meals off. No napkins. Can I get you anything. Not. A. Thing. I had to flag someone else down to get our ticket even. After sitting there for a good 20 minutes after our meal was finished. Had to ask someone else for a to go box. Because after he slammed down my card. He completely ignored my request for one. I wasn’t going to say anything. But this server should be ashamed. Ruining peoples nice evenings out. We weren’t rude to him. Not at all. Completely uncalled for. Food: 4 Service: 1

Lori is one of the best waitresses we have ever had at a restaurant. She remembered us from a previous visit and knew exactly what we wanted. Especially our kiddo! Extra sauce and extra dressing for our salads. We will request her every visit. Food is always great and service is excellent.
