I visited the Outback Steakhouse in Laughlin with my family recently. We had an excellent experience. The Casino crowd was pretty busy but it didn’t take long to get a seat. The food was good for all of us but my wife and I agreed the best part of our experience was that our server was one of the very best we’ve ever had. Raul was obviously handling a lot of customers but each timely check in seemed to include his full personal attention. He made my kids laugh a couple of times and genuinely seemed to enjoy speaking to my wife and I about our visit to the area while ensuring we had our orders correct and any needs we might have throughout our meal. I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but we both agreed that Raul deserved to be acknowledged for his excellent communication skills and customer service! We decided last minute to eat at your restaurant and so glad we did l. Our server, Raul was the guy who greeted us with a huge smile and went over the menu with us and recommenced the fabulous onion as an appetizer and some great drinks. He truly was amazing to have as our server. Definitely going back on our next trip. We had an excellent experience!! (Rockin') Robin was our server and she did a really great job. Robin really knows her menu and the bar drinks too. Her friendly and quick service exceeded our expectations and we're looking forward to our next visit, we'll request her for sure. We met Brandy, the manager, too. She was so friendly and professional and really connected with us. Brandy is very skilled in guest relations and it's evident she's been serving the public for a while.
