It was our first time here and let me tell you we were not disappointed! The sandwiches were absolutely delicious! The customer service was amazing. I probably took about 20 minutes trying to decide what I wanted and the guys behind the counter were more than helpful and patient. I’ll definitely be coming back. Do yourself a favor and try this place out.

Bought some New Yorks today, first time here. The beef was absolutely incredible, but please believe me folks, when I tell you, this was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The rude, pomade saturated jerk behind the counter acted like me and my Dad just keyed his Camaro or something. Not sure what we did to upset him, I see some other who have had similar experiences recently. Pretty crummy way to act to people to just dropped like 60 bucks total between the 2 of us, on 4 steaks.

We purchase meat here for our company BBQs. Absolutely the best in the HD. Not only are you buying good quality meat, but you are buying the knowledge. They are always willing to make suggestions on cooking recipes as well as explain cuts very thoroughly. Strongly recommend for weekly meat shopping or to go grab a fresh sandwich.

I walked into the place a weel ago, on the deli side there was 2 employees standing around not one aknowedged me or said a word for an entire 2 mins im standing there. The meat looked old the deli cases were filthy, plus bad service, i hadnt been there in years and walked out remembering why.

It's hard to find real Italian meats sold by the pound up here in HD.. This place has it! The associates that helped me were informative regarding the meats and very friendly. I recommend this store

Great tasting and fresh deli sandwiches, served by friendly employees - what more could you ask for? Plus they have cold Root Beer in the bottles - my favorite.

Great deli and great butcher shop. If you are in the mood for a great deli sandwich, this is the place!! The steamed.pastrami on squaw bread is one of my favs.

Use to a loyal customer recommended this place my aunt and uncle. They were excited to go they miss the old meat markets. Once they got they’re inquired about turkey chops. Guess they will be taking your advice and head to Compton to get them.

I'd sincerely recommend anywhere else for meat or sandwich needs. Between the rodent infestation that shut them down for awhile, rude counter personnel, and high prices, I can't understand how they stay around.

My son makes his own hot sauce and marinades. He makes superhot stuff. He loves to make jerky. We tried stators. Other retailers but noone would slice the cut of meat we wanted. Overlands not only had same prices as stators but custom sliced top round for me. I cannot believe the quality. I feel we got a family hook up. I will only go to overland now. See pic on how lean and thin they did this for my sons application.
