Outstanding service, comparable to K-town (LA). Staff is attentive and on their feet, ready to replenish drinks and meats the moment you’re running low. The food is AYCE and good quality. A lot of option available such as soybean paste stew and tofu stew, etc. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
In my opinion, the BEST Korean BBQ experience in all of Federal Way. The reason this place is the best is because they have an elite level of customer service. From the time you enter to the time you leave, Palace makes you feel welcomed. The sides are great, but I never grade any Korean BBQ spot on their food since I have to cook it myself. That's not a knock on what they serve because the food they serve is high quality. The 5* rating is solely on the atmosphere and love they show to each patron. If I could give them a 10 out of 5, I would.

*** after dining at a couple Korean BBQ places I have decided to increase my review from 3 to 4. I really like their dipping sauce and this restaurant has a wider selection of meats. The only thing here I don't like is that they constantly change your BBQ plate so you have to take time to let it reheat in the middle of eating which is a great way to get the customer to slow down. This place isn't bad but there's definitely different out there. I wish they had a larger selection of dipping sauces and I wish the server hadn't poured all our frozen meat on a cold grill and the pork belly is a bit too thick but it was a fun time. They also charge a living wage fee which is ridiculous because I'm already paying their wage by eating here, then tipping so is that charge supposed to be instead of a tip cause you're only getting one bite at this apple. Fun experience, a bit pricey but that's to be expected. The floors were super slippery and my kids almost fell a couple times, but overall it seemed pretty clean, so I'm guessing it was some kind of floor wax or something? The staff was very responsive and prompt (for an all-you-can-eat, that seems relevant to mention), plus they were friendly. The food was fresh, but a little bland. In fairness regarding the minimal seasoning, I'm not very experienced with this style of cooking at the table, so it is entirely possible that we weren't ordering the most flavorful options. Overall it was fun to try, and my kids liked the novelty. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food was ok. Needed more spices, it’s kind of bland. Service was not the best, came in there’s nobody upfront had to wait for a while and employees were passing by without acknowledgement. Place needs some deep cleaning! The person that assisted us had an attitude problem. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Recommended dishes Spicy Pork Dwaeji-Bulgogi BBQ

Amongst the choices of Korean BBQ, this so far is my go to now. Pros: one of the best selections for all you can eat including things that are usually not included such as soups or noodles. Service is amazing-fast, efficient and never needing to go look for staff. Cons: the only thing was their galbi was not the best. Overall, my go to place for Korean BBQ thus far. UPDATE: 10/10 still one of the best KBB for food and service!! Staff is so wonderful and fast!!! Still going back, every time! Plus they have many flavors of soju to pick from!!! Love this all you can eat kbb location! Service is great even when they’re busy! I have never had to wait long for a table. They have ample seating and many kbb stations. The meat quality is good- I think the ribeye isn’t a true ribeye cut, but it’s still okay. However I do like their pork belly, the think sliced beef, and pretty much anything that cooks quick… iykyk! They bring all the cute little dishes and they are endless. I judge a good spot by their kimchi selection and I like theirs, especially when they have the cucumber kimchi! And they’re endless too!! They still have a full menu, and you can order things in addition, at an additional cost. Bonus: they usually have many flavors of soju to pick from, and all of which are good! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

Be aware of charges on receipt. Misleading explanations by staff to get your money. We went to dinner a week ago. We specifically told the waitress we were not interested in All You Can Eat (~ $40/person) but wanted to order only certain meat plates. She said it is ok to order meats from the menu hanging on the wall at the table. We ordered 4 plates of meat from the menu, and 4 other dishes. After dinner we found out we were charged $200 for 5 people in addition to the 4 dishes we ordered. The total was $360 for 5 people. When we told the waitress at the register about the mischarge she pointed at my face and went to our table to talk to our son. When my wife said what is the issue, the waitress said "I am not talking to you." I told the restaurant I would be willing to pay for the 4 plates of meats but not the All You Can Eat charge, even if the 4 plates of meats is over the $360. The restaurant agreed but as you can see one small and thin piece of ribeye is not worth $49 and two plates of slices brisket is not worth $72. We ended up paying $305. So instead of charging us $200 for 5 All You Can Eat which we did not order, it's obvious they jacked up the prices on the 4 meat plates. Waitress was rude. Be warned. NEVER going back. The food at this Korean BBQ is incredibly tasty, and the service is top-notch! I wish I lived closer, as I'd be a regular. The side dishes are a highlight, especially the complimentary salad – a nice touch considering other places charge $4 for lettuce. Another perk is the unlimited grill changes, unlike some other Korean BBQ I've been to. The only downside was dealing with smoke in my face whole time; not sure if it's a fan issue. The Federal Way branch has had many changes most notably with their better service. The new staff is more attentive, more helpful and has better customer service. We've been going here for years and I can say that it has greatly improved. We like it better than the Bellevue branch. Food is great as always. Price has increased, but what hasn't these days. Overall, we'll keep coming back. Highly recommended. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Spicy Pork Dwaeji-Bulgogi BBQ
