Went here for the breakfast pizza special. It's inside Paarl Mall. The place was not full when we got there. The staff was very responsive and communicated well. I really enjoyed the pizzas. There are other great options on the menu as well. The portion was generous and the coffee was good. Took an extra pizza as take away. This restaurant is very clean, cozy and nicely decorated. It's my 2nd time at store and at both times there has been items on menu which r not available,ordered a top up prawn which never made it to the table. The prawns which I did receive tasted as though they were boiled. There was also no sight of a manager in store,will definitely not go to store again to eat as the atmosphere also not very welcoming, the shop is very dark with numerous light bulbs not working and also there is no music in store even though there are speakers around the store. The kids area is also not well lite. Finally there are no condiments brought to table beside salt and pepper. Food ok, not wonderful. Waiter almost forget out second pizza, she was standing around. I had to asked her and he seemed to forget but managed to make it seem as if she didn't forget. I asked her for ice, it never arrived. When you don't give them tip their faces drop but they don't serve you. Drop food and are gone the entire time

Service was terrible, we waited almost an hour just to order and another hour for drinks and waited another hour for our food. I came here on a Monday.It looked all quiet with one guy greeting me at the front and no other waiters in sight and i thought this might take a while for my food to arrive. I ordered a large pizza and a milkshake. The milkshake took 3 minutes(thumbs up) and the pizza took 25min. Not bad! Will be back!
