I’ve been here about 20 times now, and it has been perfect every time. Only an extra $1.75 for extra meat is a great deal. I always get the chicken tacos & I am pleased EVERY time. I work 10 min down the road at Sikorsky Aircraft. My dinner break is only 30 minutes (7:30pm-8:00pm). My coworkers and I use the Pancheros app at least once a week to place our order and select the pick up time of 7:45pm. Not only is our order ready for pick up exactly on time, every time, but our food is always made correctly and always tastes amazing! Additionally, by using the app, we are able to earn a free burrito once we total 100 points (Basically, after every 4-5 orders we are eligible one free burrito). I cannot say enough good things about Pancheros in Shelton,, the food is always fresh and delicious, the service is always amazing plus the prices are great too! We simply can’t live without them. I am devastated to learn of this “temporary closing” that I was just made aware of today. May I ask what the temporary closing is about and is there any ETA for when you expect to be back open? (I know there is another location in Wallingford, but I wish there were more Pancheros around the area because it blows chipotle out of the water!). Always clean, great customer service. Staff is friendly and attentive, and they always have the food station topped off and clean. Fresh tortillas are the best!!! Keep it up!!!

This place is THE BEST. This burrito is like 2 pounds, I need 2 hands to eat it, the wrap was pressed before my eyes, the toppings are plentiful, the carnitas is delicious, they evenly distributed the insides so I get everything in every bite, they put a number on the wrapper so we know who's is who's.... AND they have blue chips! 20/10 would recommend. 🌯❤😍

Been coming here for a while now. I usually order my food and pick it up. Now on today, I found a hair in my food. I called them and the manager said he’s sorry and will make sure all staffs wear caps. Never eating back here again. Just be careful and watch your food. I switched from Chipotle and got a hair in my burrito. I mean the food is fresher, but a hair. Come on.
