Ordered 3 plates and basically got 1 and a half….also asked for EXTRA teriyaki sauce for my TERIYAKI chicken and I got none. This is ridiculous, these are not even full portions and on top of that the food was cold and chicken tasted like it’s been sitting out all day, Please do better. Online order: Chow mein and rice was dry, the entrees, well one wasn't what I ordered, nothing close to it. Hopefully, if there's one, that my next meal will be better. I placed an order at 4:30 and the estimate pickup time was 4:45. i got a text saying it was ready at 4:50 and i arrived to pick it up at 4:55 and went straight up to the cashier where the pickup station is. she was ringing someone up so i was waiting for her to acknowledge me when she was done but instead rang up the next person in line… and the next… and the next… and the next. and then she was bagging pickup orders that just got done being bagged and calling them out. meanwhile my bag was sitting behind her already, getting cold. i was the first one in line for the pickup area and she gave at least 5 people their online orders and even went to the doordash guy standing next to me that had arrived 5 minutes AFTER me to get his order before finally asking me who i was picking up. it took 10 minutes just to get acknowledged and came home with cold food. I understand being busy but learn how to manage things properly. it’s not that hard to turn around and grab a bag. Service: 1

Miscommunication from the service team. Due to this they made me wait almost 40mins AFTER my order was supposed to be ready. It wasnt that busy of a day. Just the usual influx for dinner. The moment I got there I spoke to the cashiers about confirming that my order is being worked on. They said they're working on it so of course I waited patiently. An endless line of customers receive their orders immediately after me even though i have placed my order almost 2hr before I even got there. Usually the ecperience is better but things do happen. Panda is such a great quick food option. I love that the food is consistent from location to location. If you haven't tried the SuperGreens - you need to. Thank me later. YumE. Fire Chicken. Yessss. Plus the serving sizes. I always get the plate because I get 2 meals from it. I give Panda 5⭐ because its tasty, quick, convenient, and consistent. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I ordered a two entre dish with fried rice and spring rolls on the side. As for the temperature of the food it was hot and as far as the taste the beef dish was very good a little bit spicy which I like and the orange chicken was not bad. If I were just compare it to the chains such as Leeann Chin and Hy-Vee I would say their food quality is in the middle however it was the most expensive out of the three. If you read my posts, I try to be positive. Very disappointed with the food. I ordered the bowl, with Kung Pao chicken and white rice. The chicken was ok, more veggies than meat. Really not a good value! More than half the bowl was white rice. Plenty of room for a bit more of the Kung Pao. The price was $8.70, ouch!!!!! Also, I don't drink pop, so I asked for a cup for water. The server handed me a very small glass. I asked if I could get a larger one, quick response was "No"! Ohh, another thing I asked for a taste of a dish I'd never had. That was a quick No, too! $16 to get your pint carton filled up 1/2 of the way up lol. Thanks for being so generous. I could of gotten 3 pizzas to feed 20 people. You think I'm lying, the top of the carton doesn't even have sauce on it. Panda is probably telling their staff to Save a few cents to lose a customer lol. You got my $16 this time but never again.
