If you like Chinese cuisine, come to this fast food. Cooks at Panda Express do their best to provide visitors with tasty prawns, causa and teriyaki chicken. Good biscuits can be what you need. This place offers good lemonade among its drinks. This spot with takeout food is good for those guests who like to have dinner on the go. The terrific staff welcomes people all year round. Many reviewers highlight that the service is spectacular. Adequate prices are to be expected at this fast food. The atmosphere of this place is pleasant. But Panda Express hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

We tried ordering delivery, but they couldn't understand English. We went through drive through attempted to order 3 different things before finally being told they only had 4 choices left...we ordered 3 two side plates and 1 child plate, 2 lg sodas, we got a total of $57 something, it didn't sound right but we just paid it anyway. On our way home we looked at the receipt and realized we were charged for 4 plates instead of 3, my son tried calling....they didn't understand, so he hung up. We got home and started eating our food only to taste the fried rice was burnt 😩 The orange chicken was good 😋 It was New Years eve, maybe they were short handed or tired, it made our visit unacceptable, but what are you going to do when you value your time. They gave us 2 utensils and no fortune cookies, the way this visit went, the fortune cookies probably would have been empty 😉😃 Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
We visited Panda Express around 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening. There were a few customers there and a few vehicles in the drive-thru. We placed our order and the Chow Mein bowl was nearly empty, with mostly small scraps of cabbage in the bottom. The cashier said if we were willing to wait about 10 minutes, they would have more ready to go, which we agreed to. My wife ordered the 2 entrée plate with broccoli beef and orange chicken. I ordered the 2 entrée plate with chicken mushroom and orange chicken. The total for 2 meals was $25.87. As promised, they brought our food to our table in about 10 minutes and it was hot and the Chow Mein was fresh. The entrées were hot, but not especially fresh. The portion size was generous and we were both full, with my wife not finishing her meal. They provided us with forks but we had to ask for chopsticks and soy sauce, which they provided with no pushback. Every time I’ve ever eaten at Panda Express in the past, a fortune cookie was included in the meal, but not this time. I’m not sure if it was a simple oversight or if they are charging for them now, but since we were full, I didn’t question the staff about it. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered the two entree plate with Orange Chicken and Honey Sesame Chicken Breast and a side of Cheese Rangoons. With a medium drink, my total was $14.78. The Orange Chicken was hot and flavorful. Unfortunately, the Honey Sesame Chicken was the opposite. Barely warm and bland tasting. The cheese rangoons were good. The service was okay; not really friendly, but not rude by any means. The dining area was clean, but they REALLY need one of those blowers over the door to keep the flys out! As I was eating, I was constantly having to sho flys off me and my food, which is both gross and annoying. Overall it was good, but you might want to reconsider eating inside. Today we got to enjoy the steak and the new chili shrimp. Like usual Panda delivers. Unfortunately the service needs work. I didn't get horrible service but I didn't get good service either. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Oh geez! How do I summarize the disappointment?!?! To be fair, I waited until tonight to report the Panda Express shenanigans, but after having been shorted food, served burnt chicken, given fried rice when I asked for steamed rice, and being harassed when I said no to making a donation to Children's hospital (I know and I get it. We are talking about pennies here but still...why ask multiple times? As if my answer was going to change). I think I have been very tolerant with this company. The location in Maricopa, AZ has just fallen short of expectations so many times. I have experienced it all. From receiving no utensils and napkins to not getting teriyaki sauce when I ask for it, from burnt chicken to undercooked noodles, from being shorted food to receiving food I never asked for and was never charged for, I mean...what is happening at this location? Well Panda, you are not the only Asian food joint in the area and I have had enough of you. You just lost a customer. I will never eat Panda Express ever again. I hope this serves as a wake up call for upper management here. The fact that this location is allowed to run rampant is a direct reflection on its management team. At the end of the day, food gets burnt, stuff gets missed, and team members just have bad days but the lack of quality in food service is just plain bad management and the expectations for a better quality service have clearly never been established and followed up with. I hope you take a page from the In and Out Burger playbook. Time for this management team to get schooled. Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The chow mein was dryer than the Arizona desert. They burnt egg rolls, like how. I didn't get my full order at the window had to go inside to get the rest of my order. I understand if the place was packed and busy, but you just don't forget the order, when you're staring a screen full of orders. Went at the right time and got the food fresh. I feel like you get more food if you go in, rather than going through the drive-thru. Previously had some issues at this location with them giving us nothing but zucchini in our mushroom chicken and the management being rude. But this trip was enjoyable. I know we shouldn’t have high expectations but we’ve eaten enough Panda Express to know what it should taste like. Ordered a family meal and it was god awful. Veggies were raw, orange chicken was soggy, noodles were stale…it was horrible. We came when it was so busy so you’d think it would be fresh. Husband called to speak with the manager (Jose) to let him know how the food was. Jose rudely stated that no one else had complained tonight and that he could understand one dish being bad but not all. Zero customer service…he hung up on my husband and called him a liar. $40+ is $40+…at least make it edible. It went into the trash and we’ll never go there again. My children favorite dish is chow mein and orange chicken. I would like to thank the Manager, Bianca for being professional and very patience with me discovering my reward points. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Food was hot and fresh! Unfortunately this location needs management to give directions to it's crew. I observed 4 people in drive thru (wearing headsets) not busy. 2 crew members were assembling large orders (maybe online) 1 disassembling the line (it was 7:50pm on Tuesday), another person wiping down the line, and 3 people in the kitchen. 3 of us (separate customers) had to wait over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. We finally were acknowledged by the person wiping down the line and he prepared our orders. First 2 customers were able to get checked out with no issues. I had to wait 10 minutes to get someone that was able to run the register. A gentleman finally rang me up, but left me to fend for myself for the receipt. I think the Manager was in the kitchen, but left her with her back to the customers, as well as the rest of the crew. This may only happen at night, but Management needs to adopt some structure where crew is aware of customers waiting to be served as well as checked out. If implemented, will proudly change my rating. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
