People can have nicely cooked teriyaki chicken and tasty beef with broccoli at this fast food. It's a pity, employees are competent as a number of guests mention. Many visitors point out that the service is spectacular. But google users haven't given Panda Express a high rating.

Wow, thoroughly enjoyed the food and if you like this style, you will too. Be careful of some dishes you pick as some dishes can be spicy. Overall cleanliness : they do have a clean eating area but the soda fountain was quite messy. If you can look pass it you will thoroughly enjoy this place. We went to those locations last night to order two bigger plates (drive thru) and it was a little over an hour before close , all of the food looked very old . We asked when new would be made and they said no fresh food would be put out the rest of the night. The chow mein was all chopped up and had a burnt taste to it , everything was a soggy mess except the teriyaki chicken which had NO sauce on it . This is probably the worst experience we’ve had at Panda Express. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a bunch of kids working at this location but the food and service was TERRIBLE. We definitely will not be going to this location again. If the food has burnt spots on it or is not visually appealing, you should NOT be serving it to customers. I think you need to have a staff meeting to emphasize customer service, work ethic, and how to properly prepare the food…. Love me some Panda Express, food was good as usual but was wondering where the gentleman came from with no gloves and a tank top and shorts, fixing himself a bowl.... They have the WORST customer service. There are times where I order drinks and I never receive them via delivery. The super greens are a hit or miss, as they are rarely seasoned. If you try to call them about something missing from your order, they do not answer the phone. I am horrified that this is the only location that will deliver to me. Should have looked at the reviews. The portions are tiny. They use spaghetti noodles instead of the real chow mein they’re supposed to use. When I called to get an explanation, the manager said he wouldn’t do anything about it, and he wouldn’t stop selling them. Seriously sheisty business practices here. We walked in a little after 1 in the afternoon and there were probably nine people in line. Hardly anybody was checking out food. It seems that everybody was waiting for something to be cooked. I did see about 5 or so empty bowls.. A year ago or so it wasn't so bad, they always had their food ready, everything was fresh and service was wonderful.. I don't know what happened these last couple times I've visited there. I took all three of these pictures at the same time to show you how backed up the line was and nobody checking out with food.

the cashier was bagging my food and my small order of orange chicken hit the floor. In my face he tried to pick it up and put it in the bag.I had to make him remake it. I left and thought about it and decide to call and speak to a manager… Only thing,he was the manager lol!! All he had to say was "I did we make it" Yea after I told you to smh Service: 1

I ordered the Bigger Plate (white steamed rice and honey sesame chicken breast) from this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. While eating at home, I noticed something shiny wrapped up in the chicken. Upon further inspection, I found a piece of metal coil wrapped up in the chicken. I took the food and my receipt back to the restaurant to request a refund. A young woman who claimed to be the manager told me I couldn’t get my money back since the meal was half way gone (which is when I saw the metal). All I wanted was my $11.88 back for something that could have injured me and/or killed me. I didn’t want them to remake my food as I didn’t want to take another chance on something else being in the food. Panda Express…horrible customer service…no empathy whatsoever. I did not received all my food and the food I did receive was cold and the manager by the name of Maurice or Murry got caught in a lie on how they prepare the food and he wouldn't accept the cold food back for a replacement- told me i have to keep it and the only way i can get my family meal "replaced" is to purchase another family meal.
