I came in to the Taylorsville location today at 2:55pm to pick up a doordash order and employees completely ignored me and another dasher standing by the pick up area waiting patiently and asking about our orders and they couldn't be bothered to even look in our direction and instead only took care of the people dining in. I understand it's busy and I am very patient but to stand and wait for 20 minutes with NO customer service at all is absolutely ridiculous! I tried asking a different employee how much longer it would be and she offered us free drinks 🤣 no! Do better!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Omg the food the kevin guy working there served the meal for a little kids menu the ratio that they served is really bad and sad paying for each meal on a family of four for that ratio is a slap on the face. Probably he thinks if he serves the normal ratio it would come up it from his paycheck or he is looking out for the owner’s fortune. Poor thing! and then they forgot to give us the fortune cookies and I asked for orange chicken they give us something diferente and the manager tried to blame it on me. Slowest service ever and all the employees conducted horrible customer service. I asked for my money back and they refused. I then demanded my money back and I finally got it back after they made me wait for ten minutes while they were on a phone call with some other manager. I ended up going to Jersey Mike's after starving for almost an hour at panda. This panda is horrible but the Jersey Mike's next to it is absolutely amazing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service has taken a dive. We stood there waiting to give our order while they filled 3 online orders. The same happened to the people ahead of us. The point was to grab a "quick" bite before an event, instead we were ignored and passed up for online orders. Come to this location if you don’t mind getting served a quarter of a normal portion. I ordered a bigger plate but the portion size was equivalent to a kids meal size! The workers (especially you Kevin) skimp out too hard and probably come from Chipotle Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The orange chicken was over cooked and hard. The broccoli was old. The teriyaki chicken was served with no teriyaki. The chow main had to be salted to have flavor. Overall yukkie. First time at this location and we had takeout. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 2

Although very quiet, just a pair of customers at 1 table, when we arrived there was a huge group that came in behind us finishing our payment. The freshly made food, kind and quick service as well as cleanliness were top notch. I was impressed by how quickly the Panda team worked to cook serve and finish each order in efficient order. Even busy it was pleasant no loud and although I'm just getting over Covid I could still enjoy the flavorful choices of foods. Stay away from this location, and the location in Ft. Union. We have vested this store twice, 40-minutes before closing and they were out of food and would not make more. Why not just close the doors then? The manager just shrugged her shoulders when I pointed out that they were still open for 40-minutes. Happened at the Ft. Union store once as well. Service Take out

The honey pecan shrimp was delicious as always and I tried the sesame chicken for the first time this visit, and it was delicious too!! Now I have a new favorite!!! Probably the worst Panda Express food I’ve ever had as someone that goes semi-regularly. My boyfriend and I ordered the exact same thing, and they got my food wrong with teriyaki instead of orange chicken. Which would have been fine..but they just pulled most of the teriyaki chicken off the plate (and shrimp it was touching), put it back in the wok, and added the chicken. Cross-contamination aside, the food was poor. My boyfriend ate my wannabe teriyaki order while I took his, and there was somehow a giant piece of pepper in mine despite neither of us ordering food with bell peppers. The chow mein was almost completely vegetables, with giant cabbage core pieces that were completely inedible. The orange chicken was extremely crunchy rather than the usual edible texture at other locations. The shrimp was the least bad, but was also crunchy and disappointing…I never leave reviews but this was so awful, and the picture I took really doesn’t capture it. I love Panda Express but I’m begging you, go to a different location!! Service Dine in
