Being in Canada for almost 5 months had me longing for Panda Express. When my friends from Washington planned a visit, I requested a Panda Express feast. And they didn’t disappoint me. They delivered with 5 plates, 2 entrees, 1 side, and 5 servings of orange chicken. The letdown? A major chunk of the orange chicken was more flour than chicken. I feel like when I walk in and wait for them to take my order with no one in front of me, I get slower service then sitting in the drive through with 5 cars in front of me. They should give priority to walk in customers. And in the last year or two, I feel like the portion sizes keep getting smaller. Other then that, I feel like the food is better then lots of other places I have been. Wow, love Panda Express. It is different then what we have in Canada and it is one of my favorite places to eat when we are in town. I love the new Honey sesame chicken and the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken are incredible. There isn't much that I don't enjoy there. Anything chicken or beef, is delicious to me. I don't eat seafood or pork, so can't comment on those. The prices are good and the amount of food you get is decent. The restaurant is clean and the servers are friendly. Too old frying oil used to prepare food. Portions shrieking We ate many great Panda Express places, and this one gets the worst Star! We will come next month to check it out again... Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Been to many different locations of Panda Express. Food was on par but service was the worst. The person who served us, Paige, should not work in customer service or come to work with a better attitude. Not pleased with our experience to say the least. I like pretty much everything on their menu, but I know some people do not like Panda Express Chinese food. It’s just a personal preference. I like being able to take the survey on the receipt to get a free side order the next time I go. If you like Chinese mustard, a lot of people do not know that they have this as an option.

I came right when it opened at 10:30am. I Drove all the way from Vancouver as I was craving for Orange chicken. I was served a day old orange chicken — it was dry and dark (from reheating maybe). My sister got the newly cooked orange chicken, and the look and taste are night and day. They should not be serving leftovers for next day. Very disappointed. I was bummed last time. At the drive through window hey asked me to pull around front, that since I didn't want to sub, it would be 15-20 for string bean chicken to complete my family meal.. 35 minutes later I went in to see what the hold up was and they pulled my food off a shelf behind them. The food is okay. It isn't fantastic and quality is acceptable, but not impressive. The food looked a little dry and old when we reached at 6 pm. The staff told is to wait for two to three minutes. In fact it took 8 minutes to complete our packets of food, but the rest of our food had been waiting getting cold.
