This location is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to, I’ve tried going in an hr to 2 hrs before they close and they are rude and pull the food , I tried to be understanding so I thought I’d go in another time, Went in today! And not only do I see and hear them making constant mistakes that are so simple not to do they get rude about it and act like they can’t understand you and then blame you for the mistakes, like no . The food is dry here and so are the employees attitudes . The best part is my boyfriend’s plate had hair and someone’s nail like do they do this on purpose? Disgusting

5 PM dinner, place was 60% busy. Wait in line was short, 2 minutes. Server was earnest, alrighty. She really encouraged me to want more... Plan: upon seeing the menu board, to buy a 'plate' (2 entrees and a side) . By the time I got my entree choices -vegetable chow mein and kung Pao chicken, I realized that the large portion of my dinner, the noodles ... was a side dish. The small scoop of kung Pao was the entree, what other entree do you want? I was asked a few times ... what else you want? Well, I had hoped for a buncha kung Pao that would hold up to the noodles,band some spring rolls ... as a side. But no. Spring roll? Entree. So... I had a bowl. Not a plate. One (small portion) entree. One large portion ( noodles) ... side dish. I decided not to get the spring rolls. Even though they looked scrumptious. Sat out under the big Walmart sign on a blanket, and proceeded to review that which transpires for ya'lls benefit. #1. Short review - me no likey. Not eat here again. #2. Refer to pictures which hopefully reveal my words to be astute and concise? The noodles were ...stiff. So aldente that it required effort to chew. Dry . Very dry. The Chile pods , fully 8 of them, were burnt. Taken way past the norm. There was a paucity of kung Pao sauce. Except for a little oil, in the bottom of the clamshell, No Sauce. The addition of the kung-pao chicken to the noodles did not result in any real moisturization of, or lubrication of: if you will... the chow mein noodles. The chicken, modest as it was, was delicious. Wish I could a had a scoop of chicken in a tortilla...Sigh. Indifferent, if not inattentive employees, overall. No soy sauce packets or Anything... self serve except napkins and forks. Ample free parking. Round-about wheelchair access. Cost was 10 dollars, no beverage. Not recommended Maramao. Meow Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I called to confirm the app was right as it was missing items, the lady on the phone was very nice about it and informative and said they were out of those items. She tried to make me an order over the phone even though I wanted to get delivery and couldn't place it over the phone. She was amazing with customer service and she did it all calmly while subtly being rushed. (I noticed but didn't say anything) I wish I could tip her. The food is amazing as well. Ordered online but selected the wrong location. However the manager at the time ( forgot her name but she was so sweet ) just had me call the location I accidentally ordered to and then fixed everything so I didn’t have to drive all the way to Greeley because of my mistake. Amazing service and I really appreciate it Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We arrived at 8:11 when they were closing at 9. They explained that they had been slow all day and due to protocol must close and what was out was all they had. This was not enough for our orders. My child was excited for this style of food and so we ordered her some noodles. I had an unpleasant exchange with the woman serving who I asked for a large and she said there wasn’t enough so she would have to make more and it would take some time. I could tell the customers were inconveniencing to the staff, and had just been told what was out was it so this offer confused me and I stated the original container was fine, twice. She proceeded to fill a large angrily and without paying attention to me and rung us up. The box was all vegetable with such small cuts of noodle I couldn’t pick them out individually. Behind us 4 more customers walked out due to how unwelcome paying guests were. On top of all this the sign says mask required. The unmasked family in front of mine was served the last of the orange chicken and treated better than compliant customers. This location has serious problems if they are turning down money, slow day or not if customers can’t count on you to serve within your stated hours you are likely missing out on hundreds each closing early. Will never patronize this location again.

This is the worst Panda Express in all of Northern Colorado. They mess up your order repeatedly. The manager Sandra just offers a drink and never apologizes for the mistakes that her employees repeatedly make. Her leadership of this store is abysmal. Her employees have zero customer service skills. Stay away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Let's be real, you know you're not looking for a 3-star Michelin meal when you're going to a fast food joint. As far as this Panda goes, it never disappoints. The line always moves quickly, the staff is friendly, the food is fresh, and the order is always correct. I'm a fan. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went in an hour before closing. Nothing was fresh, which happens later at night. However, they were also out of several popular items, including fried rice and chow mein- they also refused to make any more. Showed up here 20 minutes before closing after rushing to get here cause we were craving panda only to pull up and park and the last walks up and literally locked the doors @ 9:40. If you’re gonna make your own hours why have hours posted? Service Dine in Meal type Other Service: 1
