Waited way longer than what we were told. 30+ dollars for two sandwiches that were poorly made and looked like they just threw together. Not sure how you can charge 30+ dollars to people for two sandwiches and not make them correctly. We will not be back. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

I love Panera! The food is always delicious, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the dining room has lots of sunlit tables. It is my "to go" place when I am running errands and need to stop and eat something delicious and re -energise! Service was nice, but the food was extremely mediocre. 70 dollars for 3 soups and 3 sandwiches. $70. The bowl of soup is tiny, and the sandwiches are bare minimum and nothing special. I could have went to longhorn, got their biggest steak, and 4 bowls of their French onion soup for 20 bucks less. Tppk them 45 minutes to deliver a cold sandwich to my hotel only a mile away with Uber. Never put my soup into the order after charging me and never bothered to give any refound despite of me pleading with them on the phone afterwards telling them I'm really hungry at my hotel and I have no car to pick up food anymore also because everything else has closed. I ordered my food an hour and a half ago and they never resolved my issue. If you are hungry with no car trapped at a hotel, choose a different place to order or you stay hungry. They did love my money though and never cared to refound me. This is b*******!!!!!!

Went Saturday about 6:30pm. They were out of bread choices for sandwiches. The breadbowl and soup had maybe two spoons of soup not enough to say it was a cup or a bowl. Disappointed is an understatement. Walked in for a quick bite for dinner. Only one of the order kiosks was working so we went to the counter. After standing there for 5 minutes being glanced at and ignored by the "workers" in the back we realized they expected us to wait in line for thd kiosk to order. 2 of us ordered. Went for the "pick 2" option. $32 later (without tip Or drinks) we ended up with Mac N Cheese "soup". (Disgusting) . Luke warm onion Flavored broth. (French Onion? Not even close.) Went here to meet my son and my grandchildren, and they had a table for 9. The food is really tasty here. I like the bread they use. I tried the chicken with avocado, it was tasty. My wife had the steak one (we share halves, so we get different ones), and it was really tasty. Worked here and it's a madhouse, drive through lines took forever due to short staffing. The people serving the lobby food would have to make the drive through orders too. Customers are right about long waits because the employees clear orders early to avoid managers ire. Even the managers swear quite loudly for the whole lobby (and sometimes drive through) Production lines would stop refrigerating and food would regularly be sitting in the danger zone. On top of that, much of the "fresh daily shipped produce" would be rotten upon arrival. The kids they hire to do dishes just rinse with water, the silverware is always nasty. Inexcusable quality for a training only location, who fires employees for having a dire family emergency.

A bread bowl with 2 teaspoons of soup for around $10. Overpriced is an understatement here! A mediocre to average sandwich of 3-4 bites again $10, horrible waste of money.
