I often come here to write a paper in the evening. I get dinner while I am writing as well. The place is normally very clean, the fire is keeping the close tables warm, and the food is always great. The staff are very friendly. I asked a staff member if I could clean a preferred table I wanted to sit at and she said she would do it. When she was done, she apologized for not having it clean before we got there. She was super pleasant and I had no need for an apology, the majority of the tables were clean, but just this one wasn't and I wanted it because of the power location. Great service and very friendly staff. I look forward to continuing my weekly visits. The only draw back is I wished there were more outlets along the wall with the long bench seat, but plenty of room to find a place to work. Again, great location, friendly staff, and wonderful atmosphere.

Arrived around 7:15 PM Ordering Kiosk was not working properly.....just kept spinning. Walked to counter to place my order. No one in sight.
Finally a young man said he would be right with me. Placed my order for Cheddar broccoli soup in bread bowl with a side of an apple and fountain water. I had to ask for a cup. Dessert display was a disaster for a Friday night, hardly any choices.
Soup was not quite as good as remembered.
I went back to the counter to get a knife to cut up my bread bowl after I had eaten the soup. A regular dinner knife did not want to cut through it.

Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl
Dirty, do fill requests to omit items from orders, and no customer service. I arrived to a restaurant with no customers on 9/13, it was around 7:20pm so I wasn't surprised. I stood at the cash register with people passing by in the front and the back and no one offered to help me or get someone to help me. I went to the pick up counter to see if I could get help and was told, someone will be there in a minute, but did nothing to get someone. (And they have the nerve to ask for a tip.) Finally a very nice gentleman came out of the bathroom, and apologized for my wait. He stumbled through taking my order and asked for help (apparently new, which is totally cool) I put in my order and asked for something to be left off my sandwich. I reiterated this item be withheld several times. He assured me it was written on my ticket. I waited for my sandwich, and observed a filthy restaurant. I was tired from a day of flights and had walked from my hotel to get a late dinner or I would have left. I figured my chances were just as good there as anywhere else in the area. I got my bag of food, checked the ticket attached, it was correct, the item was to be omitted from my sandwich. I asked just to be on the safe side and they assured me the item was not on my sandwich. I walked back to my hotel, set up my meal at the table, bit into my sandwich, and got a mouth full of pickled onions. I attempted to call them to let them know what had happened, it was now 7:45 and no answer. I tried 4 times and still no answer. It is a really good thing I was not allergic to onions. I ended up eating chips and a tropical nut mix from the hotel for dinner. Thanks for nothing Panera. If you don't have the staff to run a clean and decent establishment, don't open your doors. I waited several days until I calmed down to write this review. I will probably not have the need to use this restaurant again, but I wanted others to BEWARE!!!

I ordered an Asian crunch salad without chicken and they added the chicken anyway. Bread is stale and just gross.
The caffeine lemonades are good but a Red Bull does the same thing.

Absolutely delicious breakfast! The food is made fresh, the staff are very friendly and helpful with ideas on what goes best with your food, the lemonade is refreshing and made fresh daily. The atmosphere reminds me of pubs in London. It's quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. Perfect for meetings, dates, get togethers, or just a meal on your own. The prices aren't anything to get excited for, but the dine in experience is worth it.

Worst Panera Bread experience ever. Placed a "fast pickup" order, was advised it was ready, and still waited for over a 1/2 hour. When my order was received, it was prepared for in dining, and not for pickup. The order was obviously then dumped into a to-go bowl as there was sauce all over the container and bag. Also was advised they were out of bread. That's right, Panera Bread was out of bread! In retrospect, I should have advised them I was "out of money" and requested my money back.

I went on an evening tonight where they were out of everything. I can imagine only it was a rough day and they were probably met with some not nice customers. The manager, Shane had such a positive attitude. He even gave me two cookies since they were out of the other one I ordered. It’s truly the little acts of kindness that make all the difference and I hope the good karma comes back to him!! Great staff 10/10

I have visited this location 3 times and is the worst. They sell you coffe and there's not coffe. I ordered a sandwich with a specific bread and they just give you whatever they have. They pastries are dry taste like couples days old.
Shane did an amazing job making our food and greeted us so warmly and with the best customer service I've had at a Panera. He made our lunch experience so much better than expected.
