Had a catered lunch from Panera Bread.. I had the roasted turkey. It's was alright. Turkey was fresh along with bread. There wasn't any Mayo or mustard to put on the sandwiches, so they were very dry. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I got here and there was only 3 different tables. The people that ordered after us got their food 10 minutes before us. we waited 30 minutes for two meals. I bit into my chicken sandwich and it was still raw. I told the manager and as i walked up to her she rolled her eyes and continued on her tablet. she then looked at the food and went “what did you even order” as the food is sitting right in front of her. This creamy, delicious, flavorful, filling, and hot soup is one of the best soups I’ve ever had. The hot soup mixed with the delicious sourdough bread bowl is an amazing experience. The soup softens the bread and it makes one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The flavors are a match made in heaven. Worst experience at panera ever. Had to ask for counter help. Was not told that they had no avocado so chicken Chipotle avacado melt had no avocado and chicken was barely noticeable. Basically bread. No crunchy steips for the Asian salad that was nothing more than lettuce and tomatoes. Will need to find another location. No hate, but I cannot eat wheat products for the most part, but my girlfriend loves this place! I got a Mediterranean bowl and a salad. I enjoyed both and my friend was happy, and we both enjoyed catching up at Panera❣️. The order was packed very rushed, container on top of container with one soup container not closed properly. The salad container had a smashed dead bug on the edge. Not sure if the location is infested with bugs or this was one off. I went back to the store to speak to the manager. However the manager at the time did not have time for any customer service. She came up to the counter and rolled her eyes and said “yea we’ll make you a new one” like it was no big deal to get a dead big in your food and threw the salad away without even looking at the container. She didn’t offer any coupons, free items or any other words of customer service. As she walked away I told her, they made me a new salad and she responded with “so we’re good then?”. I spent $70 on food and delivery and had to drive back for a new salad and terrible customer service. Will not be ordering from this location again. Ordered food for pickup. The large green tea was significantly smaller than it was 2-3 months ago- looks like a medium size at best. The tea, which is a favorite of mine, tasted super watered down (and I didn’t use ice). My Fuji apple chicken salad was missing chicken and onions. For some reason it had egg and cucumbers instead… seriously what did I just pay for?!
