It's a pleasant experience to taste perfectly cooked broccoli soup, strawberry salads and meat sandwiches. Try good bagels, they are quite nice. Visitors don't like cold coffee at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big benefit of Panera Bread. Most users state that the staff is cute. Many reviewers find that the service is cool. I'm so frustrated. I used my gift card to pick up a bagel and an iced coffee this morning. Got the bagel and it wasn't cut, and there was no knife (I asked for one) and so I had to park, go inside, wait in line for 10 minutes, and ask for a knife... I know it's not the end of the world by any means, but it is incredibly frustrating to have the whole purpose of pick-up defeated by mindless mistakes. Food: 5 Service: 1

Love their food, but they often don't have items that I stop and order. Then because the drive-thru doesn't have a pull off, I still have to wait in line just so I can leave. Pretty frustrating. It's happened on multiple occasions. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I'm assuming there were no chip options since I wasn't asked; the grilled cheese was not grilled - more like cheese with buttered bread - so disappointing. And why did I get Mac & cheese since I didn't order it? The chicken noodle soup was fine. Overall a disappointment & I'll never be back & will advise all my friends to avoid as well..... I usually use the drive thru, and clearly I should have stayed doing so. The front staff (older lady) was extremely rude for no reason. I asked a simple a simple question and it seemed like an inconvenience. My fiancée said “thank you” and the lady was rude back for no reason. I was getting ready to leave, and I hear the same lady gossiping to the manager Sami/Sammy/Sam??? About a coworker using the bathroom. The conversation was unreal to know a 60+ lady is STILL gossiping about her coworker who “she’s brushing her teeth in the bathroom. More like the ones she has left”. When I asked to talk to the manager she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about, and when I turned my back she had the audacity to laugh. Loved it. Rice is definitely not rice. This place is 10 times better than Teriyaki Madness chicken shack. That place can’t compare with Panda 🐼 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff was very friendly, but a tad slow. The bagels my wife ordered were almost accurate; the count on a couple of the dozen were not right, and two flavors were not ordered. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Decent food in a nice atmosphere. Food was made quickly, despite that it was pretty busy when I went. Easy to order with the kiosks and cashiers. All staff were very friendly. I wanna just warn everyone to not order the new Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli bowl. It is definitely not worth $10.79 for what I received. I called to complain because I thought it must’ve not been made correctly. The manager told me that those are all made up in the morning, all they do is throw some cilantro & sesame seeds on it and warm it up. I thought they made their food fresh, but I guess not. The manager was pretty rude saying that nobody else had complained, but those people must’ve had it prepared differently because I don’t think anyone would’ve been satisfied with what I received for over $10. He eventually agreed to send me a coupon in the mail.
