This salad is amazing. The new green godness cob salad with chicken. I stop in most mornings for take out. Ordered a rapid pick up order just to pull up to this busy location and my order is nowhere to be found! So inconvenience like why would you guys put rapid pick up orders directly out front where everyone is at coming and going for orders. All they told me was someone must of grabbed your order! And basically brushed my order off and gave me a refund. I was on a lunch break in a rush reason why I placed a pick up ahead so I couldn’t even wait for them to redo my order plus they were in rush hour so they didn’t want to rush and redo my order when In all reality I should of been main priority at that moment! I ordered this smokey buffalo chicken melt briquette. And I felt I payed good money for a decent sandwich. When I got home, I was shocked in what I saw. I ordered the sandwich without onions and it looks like they also left out the chicken. They used a combo of pulled chicken to spread out over the bread. I called the store and spoke to the manager. She informed me that they use 3.5 oz of chicken on every sandwich. Now I'm not that smart but there is no way that this looks like 3.5oz on a foot long approximately length of briquette. She told me call corporate because that's there policy. I will. Please note this half the sandwich. This a fine example of price gouging and skimming on the ingredients and screwing the customer. The food at Panera today does not compare to what it was years ago. It's not even close. But the service at this location in Framingham is the worst. I don't know why I bother going back anymore. This place needs new management and better employees! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
