This place is a disaster! We arrived at 5pm for dinner and they were out of soup bread bowls which we specifically came for. Then I ordered a focaccia sandwich and they were out of both types of focaccia bread that they offer. It took a really long time to get one cup of soup and a sandwich when the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. The WORST part was the bathroom situation. The men’s room was completely out of order and one of the two stalls in the women’s restroom was full of fecal matter and underwear 🤢 The entire restaurant had access to just one bathroom stall and it wasn’t clean either. The dining room had many dirty tables and I had to clean my own table. The only positive thing I can say is that the employees were polite. Due to the filth at this location and them being out of so many breads, we WILL NOT be back here ever again! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The food was pretty good. However, the service was disappointing. Despite being nearly empty with nobody else in the ordering line, the lone employee opted to continue with food prep even though he saw and watched me stand in the line waiting to order. After 4 min, he was gracious enough to take off his gloves and stand at the register to ask what I wanted. Panera has good food but it's not worth service that isn't customer oriented. This is my first time visiting after a long break. I arrived after 3:40 PM. The dining area was not cleaned. I asked for a table to be cleaned. There was food on the table and floor. I explained that I was dining in however my food was prepared to go. I ordered tomato soup. It was tasty and warm. The hot chocolate was 🔥. I enjoyed the almond milk option. DON’T GO! Worst Panera I’ve ever visited and I’ve been frequently to many others in various towns. Today: Out of bread bowls. Men’s room out of order. I can't begin to tell you how terrible this location is. First, the lady who took our order was sooooo rude!! Then our whole order was incorrect!! Then she was rude again and rolled her eyes when I asked for it to be corrected. The manager refunded me the difference but when I told her she was rude she did even say anything. I would never come to this location again...and we haven't even received our food yet. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I havnt been to a Panera Bread in over 20 yrs. Was not impressed with the cost. All I wanted was a half sandwich and it ended up costing me $18. I was told it was pick 2. Decided to try their curbside pick up, and I was definitely disappointed. The cheese pizza was sold out, so we got the 4 cheese pizza with garlic cream sauce. I also got their pepperoni pizza and the cheese just looked really weird, and it wasn’t cut. Both were disgusting, but I wanted to give it a try. I ordered my usual vanilla cinnamon roll, and it was burnt. I ordered an almost $3 large drink and didn’t notice how much ice was in it until I got home :( next time I will definitely have to ask for no ice. It’s summer time, and we need to hydrate :) (employee was nice that brought my items to the car)

Employees here are doing a good job and the space is accommodating. On the other hand, it’s truly “slim pickings” for vegan dining: it’s such a pity because compassionate cuisine need not be expensive, nor intricate….

Finally got our 4 orders after over 20 mins of waiting. When I opened up my steak and cheddar cheese sandwich there wasn't any steak inside. Oh wait, there is steak, a small leftover piece of steak. Went back inside and I was given a cup of steak... Wouldn't recommend this location, order takes way too long and don't know how they missed the sandwich with that little piece!

On a mission for some soup for lunch because of my dental surgery. Stopped in for the famous Panera soup at 11 AM....and it wasn't ready. Website said it would be after 10 AM. So bummed. Meal type Lunch
