I placed an order, the person on the phone repeated the order, when it was time to pick up the order; It was incomplete. And didn't show any concern about having the order wrong and to top it off, the person I spoke to was the shift manager. At least that's how he identified himself when I called to complain. I hardly ever eat from pizza from Papa John’s it’s been a few year, and tonight I just remembered why.. My son door dashed me 8 pieces parmesan chicken . The ifood came to my door in NO bag and NO protective seal! When I called the manager Todd , he made it absolutely clear to me that “They are not required to Seal items” very assertively and that they do it as a courtesy!!! He repeated 3x assertively!! He also suggested I take it with door dash!!! Why would I take it with door dash when it’s your that didn’t seal the product??? He also said he will refund my money as if he was doing me a favor!!! I’m NOT eating that!!! So yes return my money!!!In today’s day and age. Reallly?????? And you select which ones you’ll seal and which one just goes unprotected??? And just left in front of the door no bag, Nothing???? I work retail!! I know this review won’t go any further than here!!! But I can assure I will be calling there corporate office!!!! Update 12/18/2023: I ordered original crust, but it looks thin. Crust doesn't have the same fresh, chewy, sweet taste like before. Once again, it tasted hard. ‐‐--------------- Pizzas were hot and made exactly as I ordered online. Delivery driver was amazing too! I love ordering pizza from this Suwanee location! My only request is that I wish there was a place online to write special request notes like "no garlic sauce" or "no hot pepper or no special seasoning packet." Those we never use. -------- Update 7/22/22: I ordered original crust and it tasted hard, stale. Not like before, it rose and was soft and a little sweet. Not happy with the dough recipe today. Just ordered a cheese pizza and looks like I got extra topping for free there's a roach in the pizza box ALEX who claims to be the GM says he checks every box before delivery guess he's a liar and have very bad hygiene I will be reporting this store and call corporate I guess this is their better ingredients to their better pizza

I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza an hour ago and when I got it, one of the slices got a really long piece of hair in it. It's not mine because I have short hair. No one else in my family has long hair. I called the General Manager Alex and he said that it's not his hair because he's bald. He told me over the phone that he cannot refund me nor can I return the pizza because of policy. He did say that he's going to report it to investigation but the results will depend if other customers had the same problem. I will not get Papa Johns pizza anymore. I am disappointed.
