I haven’t had papa John’s in a fat minute after a bad experience at a DIFFERENT location. I’m glad I decided to try this location out because my pepperoni pizza was perfect! Such a good looking pie too! The crust was perfect. Good amount of cheese and pepperoni. They got the pizza done really fast and they were very friendly when I get in for carry out. Careful ordering pickup from this location. Doesnt check the order and one time i didnt check for myself, i get this uncooked pizza—- these are not chickens, its undercooked cheese and flour dough. Seems not that “bad” in picture maybe but when you see it, its definitely noticeable

I’m go to this place and the person’s work there talking to me by very bad ways and i told him this is not professional way to talk to customers where is your manager to complain him he told me i am a manager, so I called customer care services and filled complaint and they told me someone will call but no body called. Disappointed burnt and no clue what's the deal with the crust on the pizza ! Dry and over cooked but still tastes like undercooked dough! Been on hold 20 mins already and that is way too long to call and complain! I'm call tomorrow this is ridiculous. This is the last time we order for very long time. We ordered delivery. Upon receiving the order we told the delivery driver that we were missing food. He said to call the store, there was nothing he could do about it. We called the store and after stating 3 times what we were missing and the guy saying it wasn’t missing, we said we’d come up to get it. He changed his tune and said they would send the driver right back with it. We waited over an hour and still did not get the food. I will be disputing the charge as soon as it clears and I can. I have an eclectic name. He pronounced it correctly, with the help of a coworker. I was the only customer at the time, so we talked about my name. Very friendly, positive, and upbeat. Arrive 30 minutes late was cold of course or luke warm one pizza is burned and has more crust than pizza. Very dissatisfied and what sad is this isn't the first time. I tried to call them to see why it was so late and waited on hold about and gave up I'm definitely going to rethink my choice of Papa John's in the future
