This location is strictly take out. I ordered on the phone and stopped in to pick up. This location had employees working with food without hair nets or hair pulled back into ponytails. The crust on the bottom of the pizza was very very soft, almost gushy. Will not be ordering pizza from this location again

I tried to order food for my family to have it delivered to only find out 50 minutes late that it was canceled by the store. I tried to call & was hung up on. Called again to only find out I was talking to a call center. They told me I needed to call customer service. When I called the automated "person" told me I needed to go online to place a complaint. When I tried it kicked me out and wouldn't let me contact anyone. I will never order from there again. This company is a complete joke.

I order 2 pizzas 2 orders of wings and an order of garlic bread my total came to $78.35 I placed the order for delivery around 8:35pm and didn't receive my order till 10:00 by the time I received my order the pizzas where cold the garlic bread was burnt and the pizza was wrong I ordered a lager pizza with Alfredo sauce and it came with marinara sauce almost 80 dollars for the order to be cold and wrong! I called they told me they didn't have a driver and someone from door dash was going to be delivering my order we had waited about 1:30 to have to return the pizza and have then remake it so we just kept it! Guess I won't be ordering from here again this is just wrong!

Hands down the worst Papa John's I've used. I worked for PJ for ten years in Kansas City, Illinois, and Nevada. I worked side-by-side with Frank Carney many times on the line. I know pizza and I know this place is the most poorly managed and run Papa John's. The last half dozen times I've ordered from them there has ALWAYS been something wrong with my order. I call to inform them and waited on hold for over 20 minutes. The one time I did get ahold of the manager, he told me that I had called in to complain before and that I should take my business elsewhere then. The last time I ordered, after waiting for 2 hours, I pulled the app up to see where the pizza was knowing I wouldn't get through on the phone, and it said it had been delivered almost an hour prior, i opened my door and my order was just sitting there. No one knocked, rang the bell, or in anyway let me know it was there. Just dropped it and left. So I had a cold, stale, ground pizza that I had the privilege of paying $30+ for. It upsets me because Papa John's is the only pizza I like to order for delivery, but I don't feel like I am able because of the past experiences with this PJ and how I've been treated. There are many other local pizza joints, may save yourself some time, money, and anxiety and call them instead. Very disappointing and upsetting.

I had ordered The 2 2 2 and cheesy bread 3 extra garlic sauces and a extra order of pepperchinis. My order came without the soda, extra sauce and extra pepperchinis. I called the store and spoke with manager Store #4232. She said she would have it delivered. No one came. Wow great customer service. Never again. I will go back to Dominos.

Ordered chicken wings and extra large works pizza and got an extra large pepperoni and extra large cheese pizza delivered contacted the store, and the manager was extremely rude Gave us the run around and told us to contact doordash customer service to resolve the issue. Because that's who they Used to deliver the pizzas contacted doordash customer service and explain the situation and told them we still wanted our food. They contacted Papa John's Manager, and he refused to Have our food re delivered? And said he already voted the order. We then asked if he can just replace the order and will pay for it again. And he started telling us that it would be at least 2 hours before they would even be able to make our food, let alone deliver it And then we're told that our order was being refused. This manager was the absolute worst. He was completely unprofessional and rude in every way possible This will be the last time I will ever order from this papa john's And previously, I've ordered from this Papa. John's at least once or twice a week for the last couple Months. I don't know the manager's name. Because he refused to give it to us. But whoever is he has no business being a manager whatsoever

The black guy who they claim is the manager is very rude, pretends he doesn’t hear you and hangs up in your face. Will answer and state “order online” and will then hang up in your face. Very unpleasant and horrible customer service. Is not aware of the specials and will force you to order online stating the deals are only available for online orders, which they are not. Before 6pm I would not order. That’s when the ignorant manager is on duty. I hope they fire him because soon he’s going to lose customers.

I've had good experiences with Papa John's in the past, so I decided to stop by and buy two carry-out pizzas. They had a promotion online for 8.99 two-topping pizza, so I thought it was a good deal and bought two. Picked it up with no issues, staff was friendly. However, I am completely disappointed in value of the pizza. The picture below supposed to be a pepperoni-jalapeño pizza. It appears toppings are counted meticulously. I mean, really? Somewhere in the promotion should read "Discounted pizzas come with less toppings" at least so that I am aware of what I'm buying. I hope the amount of toppings is not the same for regular priced pizzas. I felt I was eating bread with sauce and some cheese. Nothing wrong with that, but not when I ordered a pepperoni jalapeno pizza. (The second pizza was almost as bad as this one, the other one was a BBQ one)
I will not come back, sorry!
We ordered 4 glice butter sauce and only two didn't check first. Then one time order a large pizza with no sauce one side and sausage few and cheese little.
