I loved this location. I come almost every Sunday. Lately it’s been terrible. We vote in the car if our order we placed will even be done by the time quoted. It’s been no except one time by surprise it was all ready! I always order extra cheese on my pizza. Lately I don’t think the amount is even a normal amount. I hope not anyways. The monkey bread is missing a lot of monkey bread now! I’ll be going to a different location. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We love Papa Murpy's! And it was obvious on Halloween night how many others do also! I had ordered online. When we arrived, the store was packed. I quickly realized our pizzas would not be ready for pickup. Staff was overwhelmed with the volume of orders!! I am giving my 5 star review for the way staff apologized and quickly took my info to cancel my online order.

We’ve been going to the Rogers location for the last 3 years. As of late, it seems management must have changed. What is of concern is the front door was open and it was about 85-90 degrees. It seems the AC hasn’t been working for quite sometime! Nobody wants their fresh pizza’s sitting in a hot environment. Please fix this problem so we feel confident about eating your food! Thank you so much! We do really like Papa Murphy but this problem needs to be fixed! It’s probably really hard on the employees too! Started going to this location after Elk River stopped carrying the BBQ sauce. I have to say, should have been going here the whole time! The employees have all been very nice, the inside is bright and clean, and I think the food is even better. It's like it's made more carefully or something, and the dough seems to rise better. This location was not prepared for the Valentine’s Day rush. I ordered over the phone and was told my pizzas would be ready at 5:15. I arrived at 5:20 and there was a line out the door. I asked if my order was ready and a worker started digging through a pile of at least 30 receipts. He didn’t give me a time that my order would be ready. A manager was yelling at the workers to not take any more walk-in orders or orders over the phone - only online orders. Those instructions should have been given about an hour earlier based on the back log of orders. I left without my pizzas. Not good planning on your part, Papa Murphy’s management! I ordered online tonight and picked up at the store. I noticed that my order was incorrect and brought it up to the register. The two employees working took a look, realized the mistake and immediately corrected it and apologized for the inconvenience. They were so polite and kind. Every time we come in, we've always had the best experience. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible service. There’s three workers or four we had to wait an hour for my pizza. They barely put any cheese on it. They didn’t put the stuff that was supposed to be on the pizza. No dry tomatoes I had to come home and add a whole bunch of other stuff to the pizza that they left out. I cook it don’t go there. Terrible service. Went in to the store and wanted a heart shape pizza, but not just pepperoni. Asked if we could pay extra for additional toppings, was told that was ok. We ended up paying full price for a large signature pizza only to make it heart shape, instead of the $12 special. While the pizza was being made either the owner or manager walked out from the back and saw the pizza being made. He then proceeded to tell us (the customers) that the workers really shouldn’t be doing special orders like that. Again without talking to his employees about what transpired or coaching the employees privately and in a more professional manner he decided to scold us, the customers, after we specifically asked if that was ok and we would pay whatever it cost. We have been loyal customers to this papa Murphy’s for years but not after this experience.

I missed an item on my order when I was leaving today and didn’t notice until I got home. Before I had a chance to call, I was contacted by the store letting me know. They offered to hold it if I was coming back to pick it up (it’s out of town for me, I went after work) or offered a refund for the item. This is the kind of customer service that deserves sharing and certainly earned my repeat business! Next time I will be more attentive.
