Had the Philly steak sandwich, it was so good, the bun was fresh and with the seasoned steak it made the meal a 10! Also had the wings, excellent cook on them, great sauces. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve always wanted to try Pappys and finally made effort. I was very happy We stopped in, great menu of hand food. We had Chicago dogs, Vienna dogs, shrimp, fries, and everything was good. We did eat inside but noticed everyone eleventh was picking up, service was fast enough. I will go back and work down the menu. Give it try. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

This was worth my 20 mile drive. When I was at home, I told myself this better be worth my drive. To my suprise the food was great and hot. The fries are real potatoes and crispy. The Maxwell Street Polish sausage I got was great. I will be doing this drive more often for food this good.

Good food, nearly comparable to Portillo's but more affordable for the family. This particular neighbor hood is a little sketchy though. The place is busy, so plan accordingly. Do NOT order through door dash unless you have a plentiful supply of Vaseline on hand because you'll get a stiff upcharge on the base price of the food, in addition to the middle man fees, carpet tax, tea tax, etc. The hot dogs are all great. The Italian Beef is superb!

The Philly sandwich was burnt meat hard and as I’m eating the sandwich there was a piece of hair in my sandwich. Do not recommend at all. First time we tried Pappys. Friendly service, good taste, reasonably prices but slow receiving food order. We had 3 orders, one order came out immediately but by time the other orders came out our friend was finished with his.

Great food. Quickly cooked/prepared for our take out orders. The only issue i had was with the order taker/cashier. She didn't have a clue about what was on the menu or answering our questions about items on the menu with what it is or how it's prepaired, what comes with the items as a side item, ect...had to ask the cook for answers (I feel should already have been learned by the employee after the hiring practices/qualifications for the job, ect..). Very friendly and tried her best, but for a newer business, not knowing what's on the menus or anything about the items, got frustrating for us alittle. We were first timers to the place ourselves and didn't know anything about the food/menu items ourselves, but for the front order taker to be in the same situation as us, just made the process take longer. She just lacked the/ training and I'm sure over time, she'll be a top employee there. Otherwise, 4.75 stars of 5 in my opinion. The person answering the phone was unprofessional, never said hello or can you please hold. Held a conversation with someone else and used obscene profanity while I was on the phone. Then hung up once I said hello loudly. The food is good but the customer service is horrible. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Catfish was super tough, barely any meat on the chicken & to top it off they charge $1 for a tiny cup of mild sauce that wasn’t even half way filled, I will not be returning to this location. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
