We discovered this great place when my friend’s son was looking for good jambalaya. We had the boudin balls and boudin egg rolls for appetizers and the swamp tour so we could get a little taste of different items. Everything was delicious! My favorites were the boudin balls and red beans and rice - UNTIL I tasted the bread pudding for dessert. It is to die for! Our server Christy was great and we got to chat with the owner for a bit also. Will definitely be back! I had the crawfish etouffe and some white chocolate bread pudding. Let me tell you they were both excellent! One of the best bread puddings I've had. Etouffe was very flavorful. Friendly staff and service. My only complaint is the restaurant is small and seating is tight. But after talking to the owner he said they are planning to open up an outside wall to a covered outdoor area. Regardless the food is excellent. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Oh man, what an experience! My wife and I came down to Biloxi for our honeymoon and were lookin around for something that's not a chain and everyone we spoke to told us to hit up Parrains. My wife is originally from Louisiana and she was floored by the food and the service. We were the only ones in the dining room and the owner came out and talked to us about where they originated and he just seemed so passionate about his craft. The waitress we had was just as awesome. She gave me the courage to try the head cheese. We plan on moving down south at some point in the next 5 years and I hope it's not far from Parrains. I could eat there everyday. Everything is priced well and definitely affordable. I Promise you, if you eat at Parrains, you are getting some grade A food and service. Check em out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Traveling back to Texas from Florida and decided we wanted Cajun food. We started with the boudin egg rolls as an appetizer, they were delicious. I had the crawfish etouffee, probably the best I’ve ever had. My wife got the catfish special and said he was delicious. Will definitely go back if we are ever in the area again. Amazing service!!! Our server Christie was so patient with our group of seven and very kind! The food was phenomenal. I had the jambalaya and beignets. Everything was hot and fresh.
