In every way, this restaurant met then exceeded all our expectations! We started with the pimento bites, then got the blue crab fondue, then got pot roast dip, a simple life cocktail…and ended with bread pudding…and let me just tell you it all was amazing. This was one of the best experiences of my life! The atmosphere and service were amazing, we went in early December and had a window table and we were able to see all of the Christmas lights across the street which was unexpected but wonderful! The drinks were spectacular. I highly recommend the lemon basil martini, ive tried to recreate at home and I cant seem to get it right. It was the perfect cocktail, slightly sweet but not overwhelming and very refreshing. It was a hard thing not to drink it in a few large gulps! Our server was very attentive and made sure we never were in need of anything. Now the food!!!! Oh my goodness the food was outstanding, the fried green tomatoes blew me away, and probably ruined every other restaurant I'll go to in the future because i doubt ill find somewhere that will ever compare now, and the steak?! I've never had such a perfectly cooked steak in my life. Compliments to the chef and to the rest of the team, thank you all for such a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back! We had Sunday Brunch here - patio seating, but plenty of tables inside. Nice place with modern decor, and a large, well-stocked bar. Our waiter was quite attentive and friendly. We enjoyed Items from the Brunch menu, including Crab Cakes Benedict and a 3 meat omelette, complimented by gouda cheese grits. The menu interesting, and there are plenty of items that we would like to try. Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxing. The service is excellent, this time our server was James. From friendly banter to well thought out suggestions, we were delighted with his refreshing take on customer service! The Chef came by our table midway through our meal, and we had friendly chatter with her as well. The food was delicious, we ordered a variety of appetizers and entrees. FANTASTIC! In town for a car show and this place was less busy than other spot. Food was really good. I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich & fries (forgot to get a pic). The waiter was awesome. Spot was super accommodating for our 15+ party on a Saturday evening. I would recommend this spot and suggest you leave a rating to help others. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great service and cool ambiance but the food was kind of meh. We had the po boy - bread was tough and shrimp didn’t taste fresh. The fries were delicious though. If you like whiskey - this is your spot. Always gracious and knowledgeable Waitstaff. Manager solved our slight issue immediately and courteously. One of the best along the Mississippi Coast. We’ve never been disappointed with our entrees, always cooked to order and fast service. Great bar service with varied selections and highly skilled bartenders. Our server was named Christian. He was excellent! The best server you could ask for. He knew the menu well & gave me the best recommendation. Everyone who worked there was very attentive. Very pleasant interactions. We had 4 entrees. Fried soft shell crabs, blackened red fish with hollandaise sauce, shrimp & grits, and fettucine alfredo with fried chicken. I had the red fish. It was excellent! We all loved the cheese grits there too. It was a great atmosphere. People celebrating homecoming. There was even a wedding reception. 10/10. We highly recommend! Our party of seven enjoyed cocktails from the bar, and the barkeep was excellent. Dinner was quite impressive with above average portions. However, the server endorsed mashed potatoes as my side after I asked for broccoli, then offered the usual condiments. Later, the bill showed an upcharge for the cheese, the bacon, and *get this* the butter - they charged me for BUTTER. The server could have told me during the order and could have later removed the charge, but neither occurred. The rest of the meal was without issue and it was a nice evening.
