Absolutely fabulous from start to finish so happy we tried this Patricia’s in Toms River. 5 stars across the board we will be back again and again. Best Italian food dining out we have had in a VERY long time. So happy to have found this gem!

Fantastic! The restaurant has a very welcoming entrance which is open with high ceilings and great low/warm lighting.
We were seated right away and greeted by our waiter who immediately told us that the brick oven was not working so the flatbreads were not available but that we would not be disappointed with any other choice guaranteed.
We were a group of 4 and ordered the grilled octopus which was tender, flavorful and cooked to perfection. The fried calamari was crispy, crunchy and the sauce was drinkable.
As entrees we had the money bags, gnocchi, veal Marsala and salmon.
The gnocchi was soft, pillowy and the sauce was robust and just melted in your mouth. The veal was thin, not overcooked and just the right amount of mushrooms and sauce.
The salmon was flaky and cooked perfectly. The money bags which I had never had before were filled with a creamy cheesy bite that was exquisite.
My favorite part of the whole meal because I’m a desert fanatic was the almond tart!!! OMG
We tried the canoli, stuffed cone cheesecake and almond tart. Coffee is served with a complimentary sambuca shot which added a nice touch to a great meal.
It is BYOB but there is a liquor store next door.
This was a lovely meal overall with a great ambiance and great service. Bravo to the owner for doing a spectacular job!!

Michele was great. With a full house and many items sold out, she helped everyone in our party find the right dish. From Alaskan salmon to the Bolognese with flambe for desert. Space is noisy, front area is drafty, but food compensates.

First visit to the newly opened Patricia’s of Toms River and the service was EXCELLENT from the moment we arrived. We were greeted and promptly seated, had bread on our table within what seemed like seconds and water, an ice bucket for our wine following very quickly after. We had the zucchini flower for an appetizer which was very tasty and butternut squash and osso buco for entrees followed by almond crunch cake and affogato al caffè for dessert. Everything was served very promptly, and the service continued to be great throughout the entire meal. When we left, the restaurant was full, and there was quite a number of people waiting for tables. Recommend a reservation.

We love Patricia’s of Red Bank so to have this close to home is great. We had the meatballs and burratta which were both great. The carbonara was really tasty. A++ !!

Went for dinner this evening. From appetizers to entrees and dessert the food was excellent. The atmosphere was lively, upbeat music playing in the background. Couldn’t have asked for more. This area needed a restaurant like this. Will definitely be back!!

Chicken Parmesan
First let me say that the food here was exceptional. We had a cesaer salad, meatball appetizer and chicken parm. Huge portions, delicious. It was a very busy Sunday night with several large parties. Our waitress while very, very nice was a bit less attentive to us than hoped. Also the atmosphere is attractive but was so incredibly loud that any type of conversation was nearly impossible. Overall I would recommend and we will definitely try again perhaps earlier on a weeknight.

Chicken Parmesan
The food here is truly awesome. From the moment one steps in, the ambience is simply lovely, with impeccable service to top it off. Sal, the owner, has really knocked it out of the park with this place. Everything from the decor to the menu is truly remarkable. This restaurant will become a local favorite.

By far Tom’s Rivers best restaurant…the food is “off the charts” delicious and service was awesome. If you decide to dine there call ahead and make sure a table is available. I called on a Saturday and they were completely booked. So I would suggest reservations on the weekend. This is definitely my new “go to” restaurant…..I ordered Chicken Marsala and my husband ordered the Milanese. Both dishes were sooooo good.
