I got the orange chicken with cheese rangoons. I can't express how hot and fresh this food was. The flavors were bright and inviting. And the Thai tea was strong and smooth. I would highly recommend checking this place out. A little side note the owners were lovely people and you can see the care they put into their food. Bless them. So much food.. everything was delicious 😋🤤 till next time to try something else. Or just add some sides. Orange chicken & teriyaki chicken Chicken, rice and vegetables side of sauce. =$26 not bad for all that food. flavor was great. Everything was still really hot when I got back to my room. Freshly made waited maybe 10min if that. I'm mad I forgot to ask for Thai tea . 10/10 would recommend the Teriyaki Chicken Plate!! It's always my go too. The chicken is marinated and full of flavor. Everything Is fresh and you can tell it is!! You get plenty of chicken so you definitely get your money worth. I Have also tried the fried rice and it's honestly the best fried rice I have ever had. The only downside is the waiting but that's how you can tell it's being made fresh and with love. The owners are both very friendly. If you ever have a chance to try Patty's it's a must!! Absolutely outstanding Thai food. Super fresh, consistent and very friendly. Can get any item as mild or as spicy as you prefer, food is always scrumptious and steaming hot. It seems everything on the menu is top notch including the homemade Thai tea and lemonade. Give this food trailer a try, you will not be disappointed. I have been coming to Patty's food truck for over a year now and I have never been disappointed. The authentic Thai food is simply to die for and at such an affordable price. I got level two chicken Pad Thai and it was delicious! Definitely worth the drive from Corvallis. Food was amazing and the owners were so kind and friendly. I hope they can come closer to Corvallis one day if probably eat there just about every day haha! I would recommend it for sure to anyone that loves spice and Thai food! (I work at an authentic Thai food truck and am very picky about my Thai food) I was passing through town, really wanting some good authentic Thai food and I'm so happy I came to this food truck! I ordered the Chicken Fried rice and the basil chicken. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING flavors! Exactly what I was looking for! Food is cooked to order which I love because it is made fresh and they can add or take away from the dish if there's anything you want to change. Thai tea was also very good! Patty’s Thai Kitchen is located in a small pod of other food trucks and we are so happy we came across it for our lunch date!! 10/10 all across the board! We tried the wontons, pad Thai, and fried rice and all three items were fabulous. Full of flavor and just like we remember from Thailand. Staff was very friendly and suggested their family recipe for Thai Iced Tea - it was delicious!! We hope to come back soon to try the Massaman curry and Laab!!
