We placed our order online and drove to the store for the pickup. A clean & neat store with lots of indoor and outdoor seating available. The pickup did not take long as the food was already prepared by the time we arrived there. The staff were a little confused as they couldn’t find our order online but the food was already prepared and waiting for us. The chicken was cooked fresh but it lacked flavor as there was not much sauce or basting on it. The garlic toast is just buns sliced in half and brushed with a hope of garlic flavored butter/margarine then placed on the grill. The giblets were tender and tasted good. The rice and coleslaw were basically what you would expect it to taste like. I will give this place another try as o feel that they have some potential. The food at this place has been consistently good on both of our visits. However, the staff's loud behavior during both occasions made it difficult for us to have a conversation. The toilets were clean and well-stocked, but there was a noticeable smell of dirty mop water. Despite this, I plan to try the drive-through on my next visit. Popped in for lunch today. They were somewhat busy but got quite at some points. The food took some time to prepare but it was worth the wait. Food was warm with a mild sauce that was spot on. Will definitely come past again. Price was very affordable. Staff was friendly and assisted where possible. Place was neat and clean. Food was super delicious 😋. Chicken was succulent and overflowing with sauce. Everything was fresh and enjoyable. Love their food. Double up special for R55 is a good deal. I also bought the full chicken paella it was so nice. I keep going back for more. Just wish they would listen and actually give me extra sauce like I ask them too. Their service the last two times were not that great. First time I had to wait very long second time they gave me the wrong order. But food still good. I visited Pedros in Bonaero park today after a meeting. The product, service and atmosphere was excellent. Very original taste. All sauces and seasoning available on the table. I was very impressed. Another amazing experience at the Bonaero Park branch. We often dine here and order the flavoursome sprinkles on our chicken, but unfortunately they had run out. So we decided to give the sauce a try and I'm so glad we did. The chicken was smothered in delicious, spicy sauce and served piping hot. The skin was crispy and the chicken itself was succulent and juicy. Chips were golden and fluffy. Well done to the chef. The staff were friendly as always and we received our food within 15-20 minutes. The owner was extremely helpful and polite, constantly checking if we were in need of anything. Not many owners are on the floor assisting their staff, but this branch consistently delivers in terms of good customer service. All in all, a great evening at our favourite fast food restaurant. Bad Experience, for the second time. Got us a Chicken Paella & Livers & spent our Sunday & Monday with Food Poisoning. Pity though cause I've eaten there plenty. Anyway the No Care Attitude of your store manager, with regards to my complaint has ensured that I will never support you & I'll warn other clients to Double Check what you order..!
