I already love this place for a night out for drinks with my husband or an evening meal with my family but now it's my go-to favorite lunch spot. I ordered the fungo sandwich today for lunch and it was excellent, affordable & delicious! We're so lucky to have this gem in town and I look forward to trying more of there sandwiches & soups. Ordered take-out, but enjoyed the ambiance when I entered the restaurant to pick it up. The food was amazing! I enjoyed the ham and brie sandwich and a wonderful green salad with pumpkin seeds and colorful cherry tomatoes. The dressing tasted incredible as well. Not my kind of pizza. A little too thin and not even close to enough cheese. Perhaps you'll like it though. It did have a decent flavor at least. Oh and this is a tight joint. So I've been a local for a bit now. I work a lot and don't get out too much but I'm sitting in my car after another meal at Peel and I figured I'd take the time to leave a review. The staff make a restaurant great. Their attention to detail and their ability to show that they care in their actions and words. This place has a great group of people that work for it. You can tell they care about this place as if it was their own. Tonight I dined on the charcuterie plate paired with a wonderful gin and tonic. Fantastic potion for if you are wanting a lighter side fare. I left most of my appetite at home, but I wanted to get out of the house and chat with some nice people so I came in. What a wonderful assortment of meats and cheeses and these Argentinean peppers will be part of my dreams tonight. This is a really neat restaurant tucked into a really neat little town and I highly recommend people come experience the top notch service here. Another fantastic visit to Peel... It's becoming a tradition when visiting Colorado; well worth the little detour. Best Neapolitan style pizza in Northern Colorado I've had. Not just pizzas, full menu, great beers and creative cocktails

The pizza wasn't one of my favorites. To me the crust needed a little more time to cook. That's just my personal opinion though. I give Peel 5 stars for thier black bean soup. MY GOD it's epic. The flavors are all there, and then there is a little heat to back it up. I could eat this daily and be completely happy!
