Best place to have your meals when you travel along the Dambulla-Habarana road. Quite popular among both local and foreign tourists. The food is great and clean. Have a big parking space. I have heard a lot of great reviews about this place but boy, they are not valid anymore. Absolutely waste if you are going for non bakery items. The menu says a fish curry is 280 but it's just some fish piece and curry on top of your string hoppers. Not recommend. We were searching for a place to have our lunch and we suddenly came across P&S. There was a large parking area with both good security and shade. Unlike most of the other outlets of them, this is built with an open architecture concept. Therefore there was good ventilation. Place was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and active. Food was good (just same as most of the other P&S outlets).

Not a great breakfast place. This outlet used to be good and relaxing place but my recent visit was not any of that. Food sold that are not PnS short eats are smaller in portion sizes and the pricing is confusing. They’ve listed curries separately in the menu and it is for one serving not for a portion. And the service is unwelcoming and uncooperative. Washrooms we’re just average and not very clean. They used to be squeaky clean back in the day though. Tables were dirty too. If you must dine in try to go with PnS products not with other options. I do not recommend this place as a breakfast place anymore. I have visited this place several times. Most of the day when we are traveling in this road, this place is normally the best option we can find. The food is really good. Loved the lump-rice they had. Lump-rice is packed in a banana leaf and a bit spicy but the flavours matches in the best possible way. Washroom facilities are also available. Not the best washroom you can find but fine. Awesome food and drinks for a stop on our tour around the island. Simple samosa and chicken puff pastries and the like. Good solid snack including chocolate breads.

This will fulfill your safe and trusted food requirements. Enough parking and dining space...just nearby the road...very good place to have some refreshment while your long journeys...cleaned washrooms...

The service is very good but the short eats do not taste good now ...I would recommend that you buy their biscuits (they are delicious). They also have a Nescafé vending machine and a hit chocolate vending machine. The best thing about this place is that they allow dogs (in the parking lot of course) which is really handy for us when we go travelling. The washrooms are nice and clean too. Visit at your own risk 😂
