Adam at the Independence location was awesome! He's kind and very knowledgeable about the menu, he has a great personality and exercises great customer service. Most of all he was extremely patient with all the requests my senior parents had! 😂. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been in here dozens of times and every time we get exceptional service and great food! We even have a favorite server and we always pick Trey if he's working that day! I will go back every single time we're in that area shopping or running errands and I plan on having more family gatherings there in their room that you can reserve for free! I love it! I was very pleased with my service at this Location. Not only was our server very attentive, but the manager Misty made it a point to come by our table and check on us and our meals, making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Misty Martel was the manager on staff...Me my fiance and our oldest was there after shopping for several hours and we're tired and hungry. The establishment was clean. The staff, courteous, busy, even for a slow night, and willing to help with whatever we needed. Our experience at the Perkins off 291 in independence mo. left my family fed, well taken care of and very happy. Will be coming back. Last week I visited the Perkins on 291 independence Missouri, I had to find out the manger on duty's name because for the shift that she was running when I was there was ran about as good as you could run it. Upon arrival staff was super friendly and willing to assist, food was great overall excellent food experience from beginning to end we plan on stopping by on my way back through. We went recently and Adam was our server. He was prompt, attentive and friendly. Really was the gravy on our entire experience. We always enjoy our food at this location, they really do a great job here. The staff on duty were excellent and very respectful always checking to make sure everything was perfect and to our liking, misty Martel was amazing and well managed very respectful manager for the shift. A great place for Sunday breakfast. Me and grandma come here all the time. We haven't had one bad meal and the staff is great. Our favorite thing in the California eggs Benedict is so good. And the desserts omg so good and fresh. Parking is great, but the location to get in is a bit tricky to get into. They do have a room for large parties if you're looking for a group before the chiefs football game. It's always clean in the restaurant. Someone is always going by and picking up things that happen to fall on the floor. I visited last Sunday morning. I wasn't in the best of moods, though the server was super awesome and let me get some coffee in me ( I had no power Saturday night, no coffee that morning!) I love any place that sets a pot at your table. I went through two that day. The food was excellent and really helped brighten my mood. So yeah, Perkins of off 39th and 291, go have yourself a nice meal and lots of coffee! An edit: I visited Thanksgiving morning, and the French toast was off the chain crazy good!
