today as an employee i am required by our corporation to do a review on the company that I work for, Is this an amazing place to work? Yes I’ve been here for several years. Is the food. Amazing. Absolutely are my coworkers. Fantastic to work with, yes !! is it flexible yes I’m doing this review because I was mandated too. I cannot force my customers to do a review on a company if they choose not to. I can only share my experience as an employee . I understand my corporation wants more Google reviews and here is my review. it is hard to make the public do a review if they have a occupied life or they don’t feel that they need to and they just repeated customers but hey come to Perkins come see us! .we try to be the best we can !! Stopped on my way home from Iowa to MN. Very friendly staff. My server Ashley was super! Great smile and attitude. I was traveling with my 2 little kids and she was very patient with them and genuine. This is a very very clean store. The lobby tile was some of the cleanest I have seen tile anywhere. The bathroom was even sparkling and smelled good. Not common for public restroom. Greta job to the management of this Perkins. Our meals were hot and the price was more than fair for what we got. I’m glad we stopped and we will be back. What a great place. Great service thank you. I brought my daughter in for lunch before her appointment and our server, Taylor was wonderful. She was Very friendly and attentive and the food came out fast and hot! This store is probably one of the cleanest stores I’ve been to. I visited many as I travel. Brenda my server was very friendly. Outgoing. Nice to chat with. I saw some fresh bakery items I’ve never seen they look awesome. Eggs were warm and my toast was hot. Yummy meal great atmosphere truly love this Perkins. Great job even the manager came to say hi and thank me for my business. I’ll be back when I travel this way for sure. What a well run restaurant! We stopped for breakfast after a couple hours of local kayaking and it was BUSY being Labor Day! But the restaurant itself was relaxing and easy to converse with our friends. Heather was our sever and she was spectacular. Attentive and friendly and we had everything we needed. Our food was delightful. And the server Mackenzie at the checkout counter was helpful and friendly even though she was inundated with customers wanting pie. Overall a great experience! Honestly the best perkins in the state of MN. Many others i have been to are trash, owatonna Mn perkins is top notch! Shout out to the waitress of all waitresses! Autumn at the owatonna location, you are the kindest, sweetest, moat upbeat, caring i have had! None compare to your service, and the cooks are great too! We've given Perkins our last try. They now charge a service fee for ordering to-go food. Are you telling us it's more economical to come in person and be waited upon? Guess I wouldn't mind if they bothered to get the order correct. 5 of our last 6 orders have been wrong. Considering the ticket reads correctly, how hard is it to follow along? The manager on one occasion snapped at us because we brought our order back. She had them redo it, and it was still wrong. She got irate and was very rude. Tonight it was wrong AND missing food. We get attitude for returning and wanting it corrected. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My friend and I go to Perkins to eat and visit , the last time we were there our server Autumn was amazing she went out of her way to make sure our time and our visit was perfect. Autumn was very attentive to all of her guest and very friendly. Would highly recommend Perkins of Owatonna their staff is amazing.
