So-so. Sometimes you'll get your food within an half an hour or times if can takes over an hour. Staff can also be hit or miss. Take out is always missing something despite straight forward online order system. However, the online order system fails on phones. It only works on a computer. Well, 1st I didn't realize that Perkins let people bring dogs into the dining area. It was upsetting to see this in an enclosed area. Next there was only 1 person doing everything as far as wait staff. I felt sorry for her. Next when our meal finally arrived it was not the greatest. My eggs were as rubber as any I've had & barely warm. The sausage was burnt and the pancakes were underdone. Not a really good experience. The managers were unfriendly and unhelpful. The girls at the front desk didn’t seem to know how to order and the manager was annoyed that she had to help her. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for 25 years. We ordered 5 meals and there was no one in the restaurant. We waited for 35 minutes and after 25 minutes I asked how long it would be. The man at the front desk went back to the kitchen to check and never came back until the food was done. None of it was difficult food. It was 3 chicken strip sandwiches, a kids pancakes and 2 eggs with hashbrowns. The eggs and hashbrowns were cold and the fries/ tots were too done. I’ve never ever written a review before but this was absolutely the worst food and service and wait we’ve ever had….especially considering we were one of a handful of cars in the parking lot when we left. Good thing I waited 30 minutes to get ice cold omelette not even a half a potato worth of fried potatoes that were sold cold and hard couldn't even get a fork in the. Without them turning too dust. Same for my wife's chicken fried steak with cold country gravy like they mixed some quick with tap water and dumped onto a half cooked chicken fried steak. Best part of both meals and hottest part was literally the toast on both our meals. Tried to correct it nicely with our server right away but when we told her it was cold she just walked away. My family and I ate breakfast here after a very emotional morning! It was the beginning of a new fresh chapter in life and we happened to have the most amazing waitress I’ve ever had. Beautiful, sweet, charismatic, and her positive energy filled the entire restaurant! Thank you , Marquita, it was a pleasure meeting you. Omg! I came in last weekend and was seated after a small wait, but I cannot even describe how amazing my waitress was! Ryleigh was so wonderful and attentive! She was super witty,funny and made the whole table happy. Will be back and will definitely try to have her as my waitress again! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My husband and I were in Perkins today for breakfast! Upon arriving we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Within a minute after being sat our server, Kyla greeted us and asked us if we would like a beverage to start with. She was very friendly and prompt. She was on the ball to refill our drinks and checked on us through out our dining experience. Our food was hot and came out fast. We will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I used to hate this place, but they really turned it around. The first thing is that the food is much better, and the service is actually good now. Our server Kyla was really helpful and she anticipated our every need. She really made us feel at home. We'll definitely be coming back to see her again!
