Food was okay at best, nothing special. Manager was rude. Won't be coming back. Update: Returned for one more visit and still not worth more than one star. Brought our children with us this time, overheard employees cursing around our children and plates brought out late. While we were really hoping to have a decent family night, this did not pan out well. Maybe if people here had a bit more respect for families, then maybe some of us would leave better reviews of their establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The experience was okay. Had been here for a morning brunch. The waiter hardly checked on us. We had ordered omelette and since we do not consume bacon had asked to swap it for chicken but unfortunately found a piece of bacon and it was disappointing. Breakfast at Perkins was such a nice break from morning hotel offerings. The omelets were deliciously chubby, full of bacon, cheese, onions and bell peppers. And their own tater tots, with bits of onion, wow! We'll definitely eat at Perkins restaurants again. My wife and myself went in for lunch because I have always been obsessed with the chicken strip melt. Some locations it's mediocre but still good but the one I had here was nice and hot with everything just spot on to how perfectly toasted the bread was to the cheese pulling apart just how I like it. And the fries cook really well also. Hot and not all that greasy like other places. I hate a puddle of grease under my fries. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. Also got to talk to the manager when he stopped by to check on our meal. 10 out of 10 experience from the food and staff would definelty recommend. To top it off i brought a slice of french silk pie home for a later and it hit the spot just right. Only problem now is i have to drive out to Jordan creek everytime i want my chicken strip melt done right. Our waitress Jennifer was very busy but completely ignored us did not ask us if we wanted a refill of pop or anything. We asked her for boxes for our food she forgot all about us then continued to help and have conversations with other customers. When I was out of patients to get her attention I said hey can we get our boxes. She got all huffy. Came out with our boxes. Said to me my name is Jennifer you can call me Jennifer instead of Hey… well if I would have known her name if she would have had any time to come to our table and do her job I may have been able to see her name tag.. She was rude to me, we go to that Perkins all the time. This the first time I have ever been treated badly. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Went with some buddys for breakfast and had the big country with extra gravy and a waffle on the side. Great food and service. I believe our servers name was yesley or something like that but very nice girl. Will definitely be back to see what else that have to offer. We visited on Christmas Day as we were driving to Des Moines to visit my mother. The service was excellent. The waitress served us with a smile. The food was good. Start off with saying the food was amazing! But there were only 3 tables in the place that had people. With that being said it took them a good 20 minutes before they came to ask us what we wanted to eat. We could hear all of the employees just chillin and messing around in the back. Not only that but the bathrooms still had cleaning chemicals all over them, like someone started cleaning and then walked away.
